Parking garage was free but very busy and you have to take the elevators down to the casino and walk halfway around the building to get to hotel elevators. I also overlooked there are no mini fridge or microwaves in queen rooms

No refrigerator, no desk, two very small drawers. The hotel is located in a really shady area. Don’t go outside at night. Pros free parking, 10 minutes from the Big E, the Chandler Steakhouse, nice pool and a casino.

Great once you figure out how to get in
Everything was super clean and staff was super friendly. The only thing that wasn’t good was trying to figure out where to park and enter from outside when first checking in. Thank goodness we ran into people not associated with the hotel that were helpful. Better signage and a real drop off area would be most helpful. If I hadn’t prepaid I probably would’ve said the heck with this and gone elsewhere. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our room had kind of an upscale, old fashion study or library feel. The room was very quiet but they did have a noise machine to use as well which was a nive touch. It was also very easy to get to the hotel check-in from the parking garage. I enjoyed my stay.
