This cozy unit is located above the family home in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is within minutes of downtown Springfield and the U of O. The upper story is assessable from the side of the main house via stairs. It sleeps-4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the extra room. The bedroom has 2-comfy mats for kids. (kids stay free). The extra $25 fee per stay is for more than 2-adults.
Amenities include an under counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, ice maker, & Keurig, as well as a washer and dryer. It DOES NOT have a stove.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from McKenzie River. The apartment includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchenette.

In town for a big game
Traveled from New Hampshire to stay at Deb and Mark’s for the Oregon vs OSU game. This was an excellent find as the hospitality couldn’t have been better. Deb and Mark were excellent hosts, even providing water and ice on check in and every small thing in between at the rental. Deb was very responsive from booking to check out, and we couldn’t have hand picked a better place to spend our first trip to Eugene. Thank you Deb and Mark for everything!! Comfortable and great location!
We visited Eugene to attend events at Hayward Field. The location was perfect for this. The rooms were exactly as described, with many cozy touches. The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would gladly stay again!

We had a great stay! Debra and Mark were fantastic hosts. The loft was perfect for our family. There is more room than you think in this loft. It is well decorated and very clean! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We were in town for the Nike Outdoor National track meet and the location was very convenient for getting back and forth to Hayward Field. We highly recommend this loft!
