Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room space was good. The sitting chair was filthy. The bathtub and bath floor had hairs from someone else. Toilet was dirty under the bowl. Water on the floor around the toilet, it seemed to leak when flushed.

The bed had clean sheets The ac had a strange smelled The water pressure was super low Needs more staff so when you ask from one room away from the office to bring towels. I didn’t like it at all. It was an emergency stay.

We could walk to restaurants ( Five Guys and a really nice Mexican restaurant). That was nice. However, the toilet in our room did not work properly. We had to re attach the chain every time we flushed it.

Bad stay at red roof
The room was not clean. Long strands of hair in the bed. Hair all over the shower and outside the tub and on the floor. Toilet was not clean or it was stained-didn’t want to look closely. Webs in corners of where the bed was. Just pretty disgusting all around sorry to say but true. We’ll never stay at red roof again, sorry. When we opened the fridge it nearly fell over. The arm rest on the desk chair was so loose it felt like it was going to come off
