Room has everything you need, good space, nice balcony with a view. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location good. My only complaints are that it was slightly rowdy and we were kept awake by other guests having a full on party, with several guests in one room playing loud music and chatting at full volume until 3am. I eventually called reception to ask them to speak to the guests. The staff did deal with it promptly, but it spoilt the stay to be honest.

I was charged a $98 ‘amenity fee’ without being informed. When I called upon the realizing this the front desk staff was rude and said they didn’t have authority to do anything about it.

Check in was painless. Very friendly desk clerk. Room was clean, fireplace was a nice touch. Washer and dryer in room was unexpected. We will return and stay longer! Nice view from our balcony.
