This is a Near Ocean, first floor, south facing 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo. You'll be steps away from the ocean walkway and be able to enjoy the sunrise from your patio each morning with your coffee in hand.

There is a king bed in the master and twins in the guest with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The new Master Bath includes a brand new, tiled walk-in shower. The fully stocked kitchen has new granite countertops, new stove and new cabinets. There are three televisions with a large flat screen in the living room. Xfinity high speed internet is included. There is a private patio off the living room. This condo is on the first floor with a short walk to the beach access and to the 2 pools and 5 hot tubs.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort has plenty to do during your stay: four newly resurfaced tennis courts, two swimming pools, and racquetball, bocce ball court, and shuffleboard.

Spend the days exploring the beaches of St. Augustine and many exciting attractions, and the nights exploring the old city and all of its great restaurants and music venues.
