Family vacation
The property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ocean was super close and pools easily accessible. Will definitely stay again. We did find a broken chair upon arrival and the trash can was full. We notified the management company and they immediately took care of it. They were very professional. Highly recommend.

Not worth the money. The place is run down and needs TLC. The ants. So many ants in the kitchen. I had to solve this problem myself by purchasing ant treatment. Mgmt sent a guy and the only thing he did was spray in the garage. The master bed had NO mattress pad on it. I had to buy one as mgmt didn’t seem to care although they claimed it was “unacceptable.” The dishwasher does not work so had to wash my own dishes. Place was not freshly cleaned before I got there. Don’t waste your money. This place needs work.

Just like the listing!
I'm so impressed and so thankful for our stay. Before I go into detail, I will say: if you're looking for 5 star luxury, you may want to move along because dishes are hodgepodge, the shower grout needs a face-lift, but I'm there for comfort and beachtime. If you're looking for functional with careful thought, read on! Check-in was smooth. It was hard to talk with the hosts because it's a company, but when I did, they were great. It was very clean, although the floors were slightly sour smelling. (I think the bleach needed to be better rinsed.) It was nothing a swiffer didn't fix. Everything I needed was there: washer, dryer, starter soap, starter toilet paper and paper towels, extra blankets, two bathrooms, a great pool, beach chairs, excellent wifi, Roku. The price was very family-friendly too. I'd definitely stay again without hesitation.

Checkin/out procedures excellent. Location was excellent. Local, if any, customer service was atrocious. Called on the 1st day to have ants in the kitchen treated and to find a remote for the garage door opener and received NO response whatsoever. Pool was dirty over the weekend but improved Monday.

Needs updating
Overall this condo is clean, grounds are well maintained, and location is great. However the unit needs some TLC. Bathrooms are in dire need of updating as well as the carpet. It could use a fresh cost of paint as well. Fix these things and it would be a great property!

Location, location, location
Pros: location is walking boardwalk to beach, mini golf next door and great restaurants within walking distance. Parking a plus, plenty of towels, linens and nice having 2 full baths Cons: No internet and owner admitted to knowing issue prior to Saturday arrival on “Friday at 2:20pm” and waited for us to call. Then came to home during stay on Sunday to meet Xfinity (awkward) and asked “don’t you have minutes you can use”. Overall a great stay. It just would have been nice to know there was no internet/cable as advertised as I had to do some work while there and instead had to go to Panera Bread for internet as cell service is very spotty near beach.

How do you spell misrepresentation?
What do you call a property that is advertised to have two pools in the complex, one heated and one not, but then when you arrive you find that both pools are closed? What do you call it when a beach property is advertised with an outside shower that turns out to be a 4 foot hose by the back patio? What do you call a property advertised with pictures that had to be taken years ago rather than show the truth of the dated facility? I call it misrepresentation!!! And while I have had several conversations with VRBO, they have not offered me any compensation. If you rent this property then do so with your eyes wide open because you won't get what is advertised.

I feel rejuvenated
As soon as we pulled in we were in love. The only thing we had a hard time with was the bottom lock on the door next to the garage. I ended up only using the bult lock instead of the door lock. It may need a little work. Other then that it was the best vacation I had ever been on! I hope your staff was happy I did most all the laundry! Thank you so much I own a dog grooming and boarding shop at my house and really needed to get away! I feel rejuvenated!! Thank you so much and I hope to book thr same place everytime now!! NIce two weeks in St. Augustine
The location of this property is wonderful. Steps from the beach and easy into St. Augustine. Having a garage is really a treat. There were some problems. First the TV did not work. Brittany (our local customer service person) did a wonderful job of replacing it. The next problem was that the cable service was terrible. There was no HD service at all, the Golf Channel had no broadcaster sound during tournaments and we could only watch the Super Bowl in Spanish. While there were some small maintenance issues and the kitchen equipment needs to be reviewed we had a wonderful time there. Again Brittany was available, empathetic and effective. She did a great job. Anyone looking to rent this property through Vacasa via VRBO should also be aware of the very high fees imposed by Vacasa AFTER VRBO has already taken its fee. We were shocked by this once we understood it.

Hello, I am writing this feedback hoping that you will make the necessary improvement for your next guests. The concept of the efficiency is cute and the location is very convenient but I am afraid that's about it, our stay was somewhat uncomfortable, from the very first day we were welcomed with a awful garbage stench coming from the garage, we were forced to cope with the heat because of no air conditioning (calling management was also useless), the garbage disposal sounds like a freight train, the range vent from the microwave was scary to used, the big TV was flicking constantly making entertainment unpleasant. This efficiency is poorly maintained stuck in the past, the handrail is not wobbling, the toilet upstairs is very small probably made for a child, the carpet is stained and old, the shades from the lights stands are not steady and the ceiling fan noisy and ineffected. I think that you should reward us with some credit in our VRBO account to make it right. For what you have charged us it was not worth it. I am very sorry!

Ants all over kitchen. Dishwasher was broken. No grill. Fan in master bedroom was super loud.
The location is great and we love the property. The outlets are terrible, all your electronics will fall right out of the socket. The kitchen is out dated and the dishwasher is falling apart. The TVs are terrible as well as the living room furniture. Ants all over kitchen.
