This St Augustine vacation rental will give you a front row seat to the amazing history, beautiful 19th century Spanish architecture and rich heritage of the nation's oldest city, perfectly perched along the very first Coast of Florida! It's just a short walk into the beautiful historic downtown of St. Augustine; and a stones throw from several great restaurants and bars that overlook the peaceful inter coastal waters. Walk into town for dinner or drinks and catch a pedicab or horse drawn carriage for a scenic ride back home. Home is equipped with a full kitchen with all the cooking utensils you should need. Fun spot
Nice property in a good location. We were able to walk everywhere. House is clean and had everything we needed. We had a small problem with a smoke detector and the owner’s response was quick and efficient. Would stay here again!

The inside of the home is nice and well kept. Would have appreciated a mirror in the second bedroom and a door between the master bedroom and the master bath. The tub is vety deep and would have prefferef a the tub to shower.shower curtain around

History at the front door
This place was very spacious and decorated with a lovely beachy vibe. There was everything we needed for our stay. The beds were absolutely wonderful to sleep on, even though they were a little high. I loved the wood floors, they appeared to be original. Close to the historic district and great places to eat. Our favorite breakfast place was Drakes Bistro. It was warm and cozy. If you are looking for a place to stay to enhance your vacation, stay here.

Anniversary getaway!
Great house and location! We walked to every thing!! Bed was comfy and they even had a step stool to get in it! Nicely decorated and a big space! We used the outside space at night to play cards, lies the to music and relax! William (host) was super nice! We’ll be back for sure!

Nice place Uptown. Easy walk to Old Town attractions.
We’re two Snowbirds who enjoy history. This house is located close to it all. We stayed for two months and enjoyed the house and location very much. The host is very responsive, acting quickly to any question or issue. Great place, great location, great host. We hope this house will be available when we return to Saint Augustine. Warning: there’s a new Ice Cream Shop opening up in front of this property. The shop owners are very friendly and outgoing. Staying in this house could prove to be fattening…but you’ll have a great time!

This home was very comfortable and great location to enjoy the many historic sites of St. Augustine. Traffic was terrible over the weekend but the location of the home allowed us to get around easily on foot and avoid all the traffic headaches. William was very easy to communicate with. William was extremely helpful with our stay. Don’t hesitate to call him. Location was very close drive to downtown, shopping and light house. So much living space. Great Thai restaurant right next door! Lighting in living room could have been better on my old eyes and a full length mirror would be nice in bath or bedroom. We loved our birthday celebration stay!

Home with added benefit
Very nice rental in great location if you want both the historic district and the beach. Could not have asked for a cleaner more well-appointed property. Lots of nice touches; filtered water, Kleenex in most rooms, plenty of towels, coffee, - too many to mention everything. There is a well-cared for community cat that hangs around the property and made us feel right at home as we are cat parents and cat lovers. She kept her distance and was not a problem but was there.

Girls getaway
The bungalow was very easy to find. It's in a great location, just outside of the hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to walk if you choose. Nice that there are two bathrooms in the house. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. We didn't cook, so I cannot comment on what's available, but it certainly looked well equipped. Perfect spot a girls long weekend getaway!
