Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyammeen rantahotelli sijaitsee 5 minuutin päässä rannalta, 7 minuutin päässä St Augustine -kaupungin keskustasta ja lyhyen pyörämatkan päässä amfiteatteriin. Altaan lähellä sijaitseva 4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyamme on lähellä kaikkialla, missä haluat olla. Terra cotta laatta koko. Talossa on yksi iso tv, joka sijaitsee olohuoneessa, kaapeliyhteys ja WiFi. On paljon ylimääräistä pysäköintitilaa, johon mahtuu matkailuauto tai vene.

** Tarjoamme 24 pyyhettä: 8 kylpy-, 4 käsi-, 4 pyyheliinaa, 2 keittiöpyyhettä ja 6 rantapyyhettä. Pyydämme tuomaan lisää pyyhkeitä, jotka saatat tarvita tarpeeksi jokaiselle juhlillesi!

Keskeisellä paikalla rannalle, amfiteatteriin, majakkaan, keskustaan ja 312. Kaikki on pyöräilymatkan päässä. Suuri L-muotoinen uima-allas näytön kotelolla. Suuri lapsi ja lemmikkiystävällinen naapurustossa. Vanhempi katu, jossa on paljon varjopuita.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta uima-altaastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Anastasia State Park. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Birthday weekend getaway
The property was clean and smelled good. We had a key code to check in. The neighborhood was quiet. No one bothered us.Having a heated pool was great as the weather wasn’t super hot. The owner kept in touch with us via Vrbo messaging, and it was an easy process.. This is close to the beaches and restaurants not within walking distance but a quick 5 to 10 minute drive. We utilized the free parking at the St. John’s pier. The king and queen size beds were super comfortable. The only downside I can think of is the twin beds were a little hard, but we didn’t need to use those as there was enough larger beds for our family of 5. Would book again when in the area.

Great stay! Would stay again!
Great place! Pool is fantastic! Love the twin beds in with the king size beds. Our son loved being able to stay in the same room. Just few small things that were strange.. like telling us not to pee on the seat and the heated pool was apparently set to 85 but no way it was that warm. Great location. Next time we will stay when it’s warmer so we can use the pool more. We actually loved staying in at night cause the house was so perfect for us.

Spacious family retreat
Had a great time over Thanksgiving with the family. Accommodated 8 adults and 2 children. Never felt overcrowded. Backyard all paver and a screened in pool. Brought 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the fire pit and the pool was nice and warm. The kitchen is well appointed with most things needed to cook and the large island was a plus. Had an issue with the plumbing when we arrived that was promptly fixed. Only negative is the house could have been cleaner. Found a dirty sock in my room and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Nothing a little windex didn’t fix. The area behind the pool is very overgrown with weeds very unsightly. The beds were clean and bathrooms were clean so all is well.

Cute little beach house!
We loved our stay at David and Patti’s home in St Augustine. It was such a cute home and close to the beach! I loved the outdoor spaces, it was really cozy. The pool was a great size as well. There were king size beds in each room and they were actually COMFY! Probably the first time I’ve slept in a comfy bed at a rental. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again! 😎 🏖️

We enjoyed our much needed vacation in this lovely home! The home was immaculate inside and out. It has a very homey feel. Nice walk-in shower. Nice pool. Missed not having garbage disposer and ice/water thru refrigerator door but adequately provisioned otherwise. Ten-minute drive to most attractions.

Amazing stay
The location is nice and roomy with an amazing kitchen complete with a great amount of pots, pans, dinnerware and appliances (way more than most of the other places I have stayed in). The beds in each of the rooms are huge, but pillows are limited - If you sleep with a lot of pillows like me, make sure you bring extra. Pool area was nice, a great place to hang out and relax. The floors in the back are a little wonky so you have to make sure to watch your step. The location is convenient to get to town if you want to see the historic sites of St. Augustine, and a short drive to many restaurants, shops and stores. The owners/hosts were very responsive and detailed for check in and check out procedures. Will stay again if we return to the area in the future!

Lovely weekend stay!
Perfect house for what we wanted, we were looking for a space where 3 generations of my family could hang out, swim, cook and enjoy each other's company! Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and cookware, beds were extremely comfy, road was quiet and the hosts were responsive, would definitely stay again!

Family Visit
We brought my 80 year old MIL down to St. Augustine to visit her brother. The house was perfect! The beds were comfortable, the showers were low entry so my MIL could get in and out easily, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of comfortable outside seating. We loved having a washer/dryer! Location was so close to the beach. David responded quickly to one little issue we had. I would recommend this spot 100%!

Home Away From Home
Our family vacation was absolutely perfect! This rental is one of our top favorites. Excellent location - close to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, grocery, etc. Nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The home was plenty big enough for our family of 5 adults, a teenager and 2 little dogs. All the beds are comfy-we took lots of naps! 😂 We used the pool more than we thought we would and it’s well kept and screened in. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions and even came to the rescue when we had a water issue (our fault!!!) I can’t think of anything that would improve this rental!

I really don’t know where to begin. The location could not be better. Super close to everything that you would want to do, I mean everything. The house is beautiful and big. it can accommodate a lot of people, has a beautiful pool, kitchen, and dining area. Just bring what you need and they have the rest. We will be back.

Amazing!
The property was beautiful & very kid friendly/safe! We all had our own King size beds & they were all extremely comfortable! David & Patti went above and beyond for us. We were 9 hrs from home & had a terrible experience with another host & David & Patti helped us get into their home extremely last minute. The whole process was a breeze on our end! They truly are amazing hosts! We will be booking through them every year!

We traveled with teenagers and another couple with a 9 year old. The king beds in every room made great sense for adults with littles who want them close by in a twin. The kitchen provides plenty of space to move around but the patio was the true hit! What a super gathering space!

Comfortable, quiet and clean location. Could use board games, cards , etc. for rainy days. Maybe a beach ball or floats. We all had a great time, I was impressed, location was perfect not centralized in the middle of busy St. Augustine but , yet close enough to attractions.

Spacious delightful stay in St. Augustine
This beautiful and clean four bedroom home was absolutely perfect for our family of eight for my daughter’s birthday celebration. The home was very clean. The amenities in the kitchen made our cooking adventures together seamless and so very fun. After a chilly morning at the beach on Saturday, it was such a fun and pleasurable experience to come back to the home and jump in the warm swimming pool. The bathrooms were just like new and large enough to have 3 grands and one adult in the shower after our swim. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful and spacious home in Saint Augustine!!!!!

Property has a lot of potential. It needs better cleaning of the floors, woodworking, doors and outside screened area. And a new paint job inside with new colors would do wonders. And new blinds also. They are dated and in bad shape. Overall it was good. I think it just needs a deep cleaning likely because pets are allowed. The landlord was very responsive when the dishwasher didn’t work and we had a new one within a day. It was very well equipped and in an excellent location as far as travel times to downtown or the beach.
