Would stay there again!
Excellent location and convenient to go into St. Augustine for the day or just to go shopping at the outlets. The room was clean and has a ton of storage and counter top areas. Our room safe was locked shut and we could not use it. We could have called down but we did not. The bathroom was very modern except for the wallpaper peeling in some spots and some mold on the ceiling. Otherwise, we loved the room. Breakfast was over by 9:30, so we never made it to it. Room service was not available after 5PM. (So we did not get a chance to try that out either.) We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

The front desk was not helpful at all. We needed to get ice and advised her the ice machine from the third floor ( where we were located) was not working. She told us to then go by floor by floor to find ice. Later on we asked if we can get extra blanket, at which she replied to go to the lobby to get them . Information reference the hotel was poor ans she seemed annoyed everytime we would ask for information. Terrible place

Great front desk people. No "estate staff" after hours, but the front desk did everything to help out!!! Easy to park and fast checking in. Breakfast was good for whoever eat lots of carbs and sugar in the morning... Lol .... But, they do have eggs in all kinds. Good quality beds. The lock on the door doesn't work from inside room. Overall - great place and great staff.

Asked for lotion and shampoo 3x and got it only on the last day. The pillows were not comfortable and some were small and some were big, mis matched. There was no extra blanket for the pull out bed. They gave us a blanket but it looked like a bedspread and not a blanket. The desk clerk on the last day was kind . The breakfast was good.

Great customer care
Never have lost power in a hotel during a storm. With hurricane helene the hotel did lose power for about 7 hours but the front desk staff made sure coffee and donuts(from dunkin). It just showed how much they care about thier guests. Will definitely be staying again

The room were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was much better than most others in this category. The building and grounds were well lit. Close to outlets and I-95. I come back every year to this hotel.
