Hotel was great, water pressure in the shower was subpar. Everything was cleaned and well kept. Only complaint is having to valet; however, I knew ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise.

Great stay!
Staff was exceptionally! Room and property was very clean. My only complaint is that the roof top bar band was much too loud. I understand that the quiet time begins at 10:00 pm, but after spending all day walking around St. Augustine, a person get weary and wants to go to bed early. That being said, I will stay there again, but will request a different room location, not directly under the band!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, luxurious, large room, with comfortable queen beds and pull out sofa. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the valet staff, Keegan and Kevin. Complimentary breakfast was tasty with plenty of options to please.

It's a nice place. The room is very clean. The breakfast and bar are good. The only knock is the mandatory $25 valet fee. I will come back the next time I vis it the area.

We spent a weekend in St. Augustine for the Night of Lights. We chose to stay at the Vilano Beach Hyatt. It was a great location with close proximity to the beach and near historic downtown. The area surrounding the hotel has lots to offer (beach, shopping , restaurants), but is not overcrowded like downtown is during the season. We were impressed by how welcoming the entire staff was! From the valet and the reception staff to the servers, each person made our stay enjoyable. We visited the rooftop bar and the main lounge. Ironically, we found that we preferred the cozy atmosphere at the hotel versus the overcrowded madness downtown. We enjoyed listening to the live music both nights. Our room was clean and spacious, providing a good night’s rest. Having a daily breakfast buffet included in the morning was convenient. We look forward to returning the next time we are in St. Augustine.
