This charming Cottage provides all of the comfort you need in a wonderful location! Park the car and enjoy exploring no Lincolnville and Downtown at your leisure.

The Cottage has 2 lovely bedrooms each with Queen bed, TV, dresser, black out drapes and white cotton linens. The roomy bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors and washer/dryer for your convenience.

The main area with vaulted ceilings has an open floor plan with Kitchen, Dining Room and Living room. The well equipped Kitchen has all you need for preparing meals plus K-cup coffeemaker and snack basket. The Dining Room has seating for 4. In the Living Room you'll enjoy a large wall hung TV and dedicated workspace.

On the patio you will find lots of seating including a patio table for dining and a gas grill. The yard is fully fenced which is great for little ones. The front porch with swing and rocking chairs provide the perfect spot to watch the world go by...we frequently enjoying seeing the horse and carriage tours go by! Old Town Trolley has Stop 11 which is only 1.5 blocks away.

All you need for a great stay is provided...including fast wifi and streaming channels. If we don't have it you probably don't need it!

Note: this property is LODGING only. No events/gatherings. The City ordinance on noise is strictly enforced. Quiet times are 10pm-8am. We respect our neighbors and ask that you do too!

No visitors, pets (unless approved by owner), smoking, parties, disruptions or other disregard of lease terms can occur or terms of rental are void and immediate eviction will be enforced. Persons other than those specified in the booking are not allowed in/on the property unless approved by us in advance. If you would like to have a visitor please coordinate with us. Please let us know who, when and for how long you expect your guest. Parking will also need to be coordinated as we have limited space and the City does not allow on street parking at a vacation rental.

Charming cottage - comfort and convenience

We loved this beautiful cottage with a beautiful front porch and side patio. The cottage is very tastefully furnished, and while not big it is great space and in excellent shape. It is located in a very residential area and is a 10 to 20 minute walk to everything. For us this was great as we love to walk. Just note that it is not close to any stores to buy supplies. The host, Pauline was fantastic. She left a very useful book of recommendations and she responded to every message very quickly. We greatly appreciated how accommodating she was, allowing us to park our car at the cottage prior to and after check in. All in all a wonderful experience.

Comfortable accommodation and perfect location

Very clean, cozy and extremely comfortable accommodations. Cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay in St Augustine. The proximity to town along with restaurants, coffee shops and the downtown sights not to mention a very short walk to join the Old Town Trolly tour of St Augustine makes this choice of property perfect!Very quiet neighborhood is an extra bonus. Host is very responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

Nights of Lights visit

This was our second visit to St. Augustine. This time we brought our two boys, ages 20 and 15. We wanted to visit Nights of Lights and this was our family Christmas gift. The property is exactly as pictured. The house was clean and very well equipped. We appreciated the cleaning supplies provided, soap and shampoo/conditioner in the shower and, most importantly, the snacks and coffee. I will admit when we drove up some of the properties around this one were a little concerning but we never felt unsafe and the street that the house is on has many well taken care of houses. We walked to all of the things we wanted to see in St. Augustine. Nights of Lights was extremely crowded so we only went down a couple of times and tried to zig when everyone else zagged. Our host checked in with us via message after arrival and was easy to reach if we needed anything. Great find for a family with older kids or two couples. I would highly recommend this cute little place.

Good times in St. Augustine

Lovely little home, nicely furnished and many amenities. Very clean and well organized. Walk to everything is a bit misleading though, as it is quite a walk to and from the major tourist area, especially when you have been walking around in and around St. George street all day!! Wish we had a box of Kleenex.

Construction

There was construction next door that started early in the morning and there was lots of door dodo in the area behind the house. Kept my dogs on the side and actually took them to a dog-sitter the second night cause it was a pain to keep them from going back there and the construction upset them and made them bark when we were gone. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. The home is beautiful and would be perfect with a second bathroom.

La maison est vraiment charmante dans un vieux quartier à proximité du centre historique. Tout est très bien fourni et on sent que Pauline est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Il manquait juste le matériel de plage, chaises et parasols.

Beautiful Place

We couldn't of been more happy with our entire experience. The communication was spot on and even had suggestions on wonderful things to do in the community. We all had big smiles, ooo's and aughs as we pulled up and walked in. This little house is cute as can be. Very clean and had anything we could ask for. The couch was comfy as well as both beds. Would definitely be staying here again when we visit this area.

Beautiful cottage

Very clean cottage, well designed with great boho decor. Owner provides everything you need. Walking distance to everything. Although some temporary, light construction repair in neighboring house on Friday, overall quiet neighborhood. My friend and I loved this place and would definitely stay here again!
