This third floor unit is the perfect space for a beach getaway. With a gorgeous private balcony with views of the waves and dunes, this condo is in a community with tons of parking and a heated pool. Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy the newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen for use throughout your stay.

**Stairs are required to access the property and also inside the property to access the second level of the home.

This condo is a part of the Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club, a beautiful secluded beach retreat just a few miles from the Oldest City of St Augustine. Located at the southern tip of Anastasia Island, in beautiful Crescent Beach, our oceanfront property sits on over 25 acres of lushly landscaped grounds with direct beachfront access from four private walkovers. Just steps from your vacation rental lies our pristine white sandy beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Whether it's fishing, surfing or simply beachcombing you are after, it's all at your fingertips here at Summerhouse.

**CONSTRUCTION CURRENTLY ONGOING**
Please note, there is currently construction going on, below are the details.
- There is currently a Dune Restoration project working Monday - Saturday 7am-6pm. The St. Johns County Coastal Project Management team confirms no current plans to close the beach.
Matanzas ramp parking will be closed, but foot traffic on the beach remains open.
- There will be ongoing balcony work ongoing. Workers will have access to the balconies from the outside, and will NOT need inside the unit at any time. Patio furniture will be moved as necessary for the repair process.

You have access to the following amenities during your stay: 4 climate-controlled pools, 5 tennis courts, 4 racquetball courts, 4 pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard, fitness center, clubhouse, and 2 childrens' playgrounds.

Guests are required to us stairs access the home and also inside the property to access the second level of the home.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check out-time. Please note early check-in and late check-out fees are separate.

My family and I have stayed at Summer House many times and wanted to try staying in 454 because it is the furthest southern point of the property. From the moment we began our trip, the lack of communication for checking in was apparent. I was surprised by this since so many of the reviews were great for this property. The condo was so dirty, by anyone’s standards and it looks like it had been a long time since it had a deep clean. Wet towels and linens on arrival ( wet towels in the closet drying on coat hangers?), filthy windows, filthy kitchen……just too many things to name. Summer House is a gem of a property but this property manager was obviously not hands on. We still made due given the issues but I would not stay at this property again due to the lack of attention to detail.

Great location!
We went for our anniversary and had a great time! Unit was much bigger than we were expecting/used to from previous vacations on other beaches. Great size for bringing kids and having plenty of space for everyone. Very spacious, with a great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. Short, easy walk to the beach. About a 30 minute drive to downtown St Augustine and we ate at some awesome restaurants there. The forecast for our stay had rain every day but it only ended up raining when we first checked in and that night, so it was wonderful beach weather! * garbage disposal was not working well when we were there * but no issues with anything else Beach chairs, etc were available for use, which was very nice!

"Staying at this beach condo was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a beautifully appointed space that instantly felt like home. The condo was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days lounging on the pristine beach just steps away from our front door, and evenings were spent watching the sunset from the balcony. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to explore. The rental process was seamless, and the property management team was friendly and accommodating. Spectacular Location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it had been longer than one night. The view and location could not be more perfect. The walk down to the beach only takes one minute, but sitting on the balcony at such a quiet location made for the relaxing evening we needed. Other than some spots the cleaning crew missed the property is nicely decorated, clean and tidy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Well stocked condo. Great communication with Maria. Fan in living room wasn’t dusted and was spinning the wrong direction (couldn’t figure out how to change the direction of the fan), area behind couch, beds, and dressers weren’t cleaned. No smart TVs in bedrooms which was a big downer (so no Netflix, HULU, prime, etc). Also, master bedroom is just a queen bed. Also a downer. But everything else was fantastic. Next time I would bring a fire stick or something for the two upstairs TVs. I really suggest to the owners giving the master a king bed. These are really just small things though. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
