Dear Sir/Madam, I am glad you found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. I am unsure by what you mean about the staff, as we normally have very good feedback about the service, and without any specific detail it is hard for us see what we can do to improve.

Brillaint hotel close to the beach.

Great stay at a lovely hotel. Staff were helpful and answered all queries admirably. 5 mins walk from the beach. The only comparative downside was there not being any shops etc around but we knew that anyway. All in all, will definitely go back!
