This hotel goes above & beyond with how helpful the staff are & how excellent it is. It’s in the perfect location, close to everything you’d need in St Brelade’s bay.. or the reception will organise a taxi if needed. The spa inside pool etc is basic but spotless & easy to use. The beach is lovely & they give free daily beach towels & sunbed vouchers. The bedroom was lovely, again spotless & dinner / food at the hotel is amazing! Can’t wait to come again, thank you L’Horizon!

Stunning Hotel..
Absolutely loved our 11 night stay at the L'Horizon! Beautiful food Beautiful location! Everything was perfect and will definitely be returning! Only one little downside is the added 12.5% service charge to food and drinks..Would be nice just to tip on the occasions you want to but this is only a minor issue really as would of tipped most times anyway!

Great views and location. Lovely to see unique Jersey produce at breakfast like black butter would be even better to have cabbage loaves! Staff very helpful and welcoming in main area and terrace restaurant and pool area. One minor niggle is the location of the smoke alarm above the bed has flashing light that can disturb sleep and would be better located outside bathroom and door. Other than that wonderful stay. We return time and time again and have joined the loyalty programme

Beautiful position on an incredible beach. Lovely service, inside pool and access to sun loungers on the beach. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping exceptional. Next time I’d go again but pick a bigger room/room upgrade as standard room tight in space for a double a small children’s pull out bed. Would highly recommend for all ages.

The staff were excellent, helpful and obliging. The reason the 4 star rating was that awful self service breakfast. In our first morning @9am, it closes for service @10am, not only was it almost cold it was also virtually empty. With another hour to go until end of service this was a sad state of affairs. The following two mornings we ordered Eggs Benedict direct from the kitchen, which was very good.

It is the best location on the island. The bus services can get you all over the island if you do not want to hire a car. St Brelades beach is perfect it has everything you want from a beach holiday. . We had a balcony room and it was comfortable and enough for our stay I would really recommend . This hotel is the best run accommodation ever stayed in . The staff are so friendly and every request we asked was met with a smile . The food is amazing , the Grill is exceptional and the terrace is lovely to have a sunset dinner. The spa and massage was so relaxing. We are sad to be leaving and we are definitely planning a return visit .
