Estancia Resort on Pyhän Georgian uusin ylellinen lomakeskus Green Valleyssä. Se sijaitsee kätevän pääsyn nauttimaan kaikista suosikki aktiviteeteistasi aurinkoisessa St Georgessa. Upealla maastopyöräilyllä ja patikoinnilla etuovelta, ja nopea pääsy Tuacahniin, golfkenttiin ja Snow Canyoniin tähän sijaintiin ja tähän kauniiseen, hyväpalkkaiseen lomakohteeseen ei tule pettymään!

Tämä huoneisto on 2 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpyhuonetta, ja se on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi vierailustasi täysillä. Päämakuuhuone, johon kuuluu oma kylpyhuone, sisältää parisängyn ja 40 tuuman HD-älytelevision iltaisin rentoutumiseesi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja kaksi kerrossänkyä sekä kylpyhuone heti makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella. Olohuoneessa on myös queen-vuodesohva, jotta voit nukkua jopa 8 mukavasti huoneistossa. Kaikki liinavaatteet, ylelliset pyyhkeet ja uima-allaspyyhkeet sisältyvät yksikköön. Huoneistossa on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu avuksesi.

Suuressa keittiössä on kauniit kvartsitiskit ja kaikki ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Kaikki on pyritty varmistamaan, että mukana on kaikki astiat, kattilat ja pannut sekä pienet kodinkoneet, jotka tekevät vierailustasi mukavamman. Ruokapöytä mahtuu 7 tai 8 ja lisäistuimia 4: lle aamiaisbaarilla.

Avoimen pohjapiirroksen avulla voit katsella olohuoneessa olevaa suurta 60 tuuman HD-älytelevisiota keittiöstä, ruokasalista tai viihtyisästä olohuoneesta. Mukana on myös DVD / Blu-ray-soitin.

Ruokasalin ulkopuolella on oma terassi, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät vuorille. Kannella on grillausmahdollisuus ja istuimet, jotta maksimoit ulkoilutilasi nautinnon.

Estancia on erittäin perheystävällinen lomakeskus, joka sisältää upeita mukavuuksia, kuten suuri uima-allas, poreallas (valmistui ja avattiin 1. huhtikuuta), 2 suolakurkkupallokenttää ja koripallokenttä. Tarjoamme hapokkuuspalloja, palloja ja koripalloa käytettäväksi loman aikana, jotta varmistat, että sinulla on mahdollisuus hyödyntää kaikkia upeita mukavuuksia. Huoneistoon sisältyy myös ILMAINEN WIFI ja runsaasti pysäköintitilaa. Kaikella muulla, jota St George tarjoaa, se tekee tästä lomakeskuksesta täydellisen aurinkoisen loman kenelle tahansa!

Nice condo, good location, a few things amiss

Our condo was just what we needed during our week stay. It was modern and had a nice kitchen and new appliances. It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Communication with the owner was good, but there was some lack of follow-up. When we arrived, the smoke detector in the 2nd bedroom was chirping, and the smoke detector in the hallway had been torn out. We notified the owner and the housekeeper, who was to drop off another smoke detector, but it never arrived. The 2nd bathroom had only one hand towel for two people, and there were no wash cloths in either of the bathrooms. There were no bath rugs to step on when getting out of the shower. The second bathroom did not have a hair dryer. There was only one dish towel in the kitchen. When looking under the beds in the 2nd bedroom, there was leftover trash on the floor. In the second bedroom, there is a utility closet with a drain in the floor. The smell was so bad when the door was opened, we had to take everything out and clean out the drain, which helped tremendously. I do not wish to take away from the good that we experienced while staying here, and Natalie and Katie were both nice over the phone. But I felt that there was a lack of attention to the details that should not have been overlooked. Hopefully, these things will be addressed for future renters. Thanks!

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay in Utah. The property was clean and comfortable. It was great to have access to a full kitchen and washer and dryer, as we were in town for a softball tournament. The pool and pool area was spacious and easy to access. And best of all the host was super easy to contact and always replied quickly to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place for family.

Good location. Clean. Pool and playground were a hit with the kids. Washer and dryer, full kitchen. It all helped us enjoy our trip for a dance competition. Good communication. I knew if I needed anything I could contact them.

So disappointed so excited to have a relaxing time with fam in St. George. The house was dirty- looked like they quickly wiped down before we arrived- sheets and towels had stains and very old- the sheet also had a huge hole on the side of fitted king bed- my girls room what looked like blood stain on there sheet- The kitchen and bathroom drawers had hair in them. The pans were old and Teflon was all scratched up/ The microwave was filthy- I had to buy Clorox wipes and wipe the hole kitchen and bathroom- the shower curtains were all yellow on the rim- if your going to have white towels, sheets comforters you’ll need to keep stain free- No soap in the dispenser- no shampoo or tissues- The master bedroom had an empty refill soap container under the cabinet so I could not refill the kitchen dispenser - we used dish soap. The carpet and rugs had spots on it and rooms smelled bad- the laundry room- they only left 6 individual soaps to wash your clothes. We can’t recommend and won’t stay again- Please take time to do a maintenance and house clean check - l light bulbs and clean lamps shades and light covers plus fans- im sorry i wish I could had left a better review-

Great stay

We were in St. George for the marathon. Nice, out of the way spot, but not too far from everything. Nice pool area. The provided pool noodles were appreciated. We had a nice stay. Communication with the owner was great.
