Valtavat huoneet, joissa on 3 5 kylpyhuonetta, graniitti koko laatta-suihkulla, 3 kylpyhuonetta, 2 master-sviittiä. 2 king-vuodetta, 2 queen-size-vuodetta, 4 erillistä vuodetta, 2 twin-patjaa, futon-sohva ja 2 kaksoset. Vuodepaikkoja 14-16 mukavasti.

4 taulutelevisiota, 60 tuuman näyttö päähuoneessa, oma poreallas

Yksityinen upouusi, 6 hengen kylpytynnyri takana patio yksityisyyden aidan. Takaisin patio jossa on mukava istua ja iso kaasugrilli koukussa kaasuputki, ei tankki.

Meillä on lastenhuone, jossa on 4 erillistä vuodetta ja lelut, joilla lapset viihdyttävät "seisokkeja".

Suuri 2 auton autotalli 2 parkkipaikka ajotieltä. Kaunis keittiö graniitti työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, hyvin varusteltu kaikki ruoanlaittoon tarvikkeita saatat tarvita kuten leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin, crockpot, kahvinkeitin ja sileä. Istumapaikat12 pöydässä ja barstools. Suuri nahka poikkipinta valtava HD-taulutelevisio olohuoneessa Blu-ray-soitin. 3 makuuhuonetta on taulutelevisiota ja Blu-ray-soittimet. HD Kaapeli-tv ja nopea WiFi.

Suuri upouusi pesukone ja kuivain saippualla saatavilla vuokralaisten käyttöön. Kaikissa huoneissa on kattotuuletin lisää mukavuutta. 2 ulkona terassia pois yläkerran makuuhuonetta. Pääsy 2 yhteisön allasta lämmitetään 88 astetta ympäri vuoden, 2 yhteisö kylpytynnyrit, kuntosali, kerhotalo. Kalastus lampi ja lähellä pääsyä päällystettyä pyörätiet sekä maastopyöräilyyn. Golfkenttä on vieressä yhteisö.

Beautiful home with plenty of space!

The home was exactly as described online. It's large and could sleep at least 10 people (but there was only three of us during this trip). The property manager responded back immediately with any questions we had before the stay and was very helpful. The fishing/duck pond is so cute and is within walking distance (just a few homes away). We would stay again!

Great home near Zion

We had a great rental experience here. The bedrooms were big and the beds were very comfortable! The owners were very easy to communicate with and quickly responded and addressed the minor issue we had with the garbage disposal. The community pool was great, although it was pretty crowded. We were able to drive to Zion and Kanab and enjoy the beauty of southern Utah!

Great home in a nice community

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is a few short miles from the freeway with nice access to many fun things in the area. The hot tub was nice and the community clubhouse with pools and hot tubs was great. The home has access to TV and streaming services with TVs in all rooms. There were a ton of bath and pool towels for everyone. The linen closet had backup sheets if needed. The home was nice, clean and inviting. We hope to stay again.

Great Stay

This home was very clean and comfortable. We loved that there was plenty of space for all 10 of us to eat in the kitchen and use the living room as well. It’s spacious and everything we needed was there. The hot tub was great and so was the club house. The host was great about communicating with us. 10/10

Best place in Washington Utah!

This is our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint again. The beds are comfortable, the living, dining, and kitchen great room is large and easily accommodated the 5 of us. Several people can work in the kitchen together. The back patio is comfortable and hot tub clean and hot! The kitchen if equipped with lots of dishes, flatware, pans, and appliances. The fridge has filtered water for refilling our water bottles. The new television in the living room is huge and easy to use. We loved it there.

Great team gathering place

We rented this by place for our girls golf team to stay for preseason matches. It was a perfect location by the courses we played and the commute into town was quick. The house was great with the master on the main floor so I could give all the girls their space on the upper level. We will definitely try to stay in this exact house next year!!!

Couldn’t have been better!

We had the best stay! It is a huge house and had plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone had their own space but great places to gather as well. As we walked through the house when we got there my mom said, save this one!!

Wonderful family sized home

Our stay was wonderful. This home is big enough for families to enjoy and have room to spread out and relax. The house is clean and accommodations are plentiful and in good condition. The beds and bedding are comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a group. The pool and clubhouse area are beautiful and well maintained. There are two pools and jacuzzis with lots of chairs and covered area for tables. There is a small workout room, ping pong, and football In the large clubhouse room. The location of this home is great, right off I-15, but far enough you don’t hear noise from the highway. The owners are very quick to answer any questions you may have. I would stay at this home again.

Roomy, clean and attractive condo

The condo is in a small neighborhood of similar condos, most of which appear to be rentals. Common pool and hot tub area was very busy during our stay late March. It was spring break for many schools. Otherwise, quiet neighborhood. Property mgr very responsive to any requests. There are no views and minimal outdoor space. Nice hot tub though. Very clean. Kitchen very well equipped, which we find unusual. Need more wine glasses though.☺️ Washington is between St George and Hurricane, closer to Hurricane. Walmart about 10 minutes away. Other shopping either direction somewhat longer.

Huge house

We go to So Utah often as our daughter and grandkids live there. We stay at Coral Ridge because of the facilities, they have 2 swimming pools and hot tubs, the location and it’s a nice community. This home is huge. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has 4 large bedrooms with bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained. The hot tub in the backyard was nice to have for personal use. We will stay there again.

Great house in st George Zion area

This place was amazing ! Clean awesome location rooms were great ! Playground right across from house for little ones ! The only thing that we wished was that the tv in the kids bedroom had worked but other than that it was awesome ! Definitky will stay again !!!

Great Memories

I wanted to get a place where my family and friends had a roomy and nice place to stay while I was supporting my 90 year old father in the senior games in St George. What an amazing place we stayed. A little ways away from the hustle and bustle of center St George. The house was fully equipped and the club house had two nice pools and hot tubs that we enjoyed everyday. It was a great memory that I can have.
