The pool was a weird green color so we didn’t end up swimming once we got there, there was spilled coffee grounds on the counter by the coffee maker and the ac unit didn’t work great, it ran all night and never got cool in the room

I didn’t like the service.If I need it I had to call front desk .That wasn’t right.hotels should have daily cleaning.It should be up to the guest to decide it.I didn’t like they charged me for breakfast. In other hotels , with less rating, don’t do that.better not to offer breakfast and everything is fine

Guys bike trip.

Used this hotel as layover for motorcycle event I attended. Staff very accommodating. Pool awesome during heat of the day.

Hot Time in Old Town

Very clean except for a partial candy wrapper under the chair cushion. My daughter didn't like the cotton sheets because she sleep on satin sheets. Her cotton nightgown and the cotton sheets got all knotted up as she slept.

Very good customer service. Very good when they are available. Rooms were lacking supplies, tp, towels, kitchen pots, pans, utensils, but they provided them. They made the bed and refreshed the room. Cleaning crew was on top of the rooms.

Worked well for conference

Check in & out was quick & seamless. Previous guest items found in the refrigerator. Burger theory was good for dinner & breakfast buffet, but unfortunately not open for lunch. Power went out during stay due to storm, restored in about an hour.
