This 2 bedroom walkout basement suite has a full bathroom and laundry and is geared to our golfer friends, girl's night out, and even families (yes, even with young kids). With a fully-equipped kitchen, chill environment, and a great location, this is a great stay! 2 minute drive from St. George Golf course. 5 minute drive from Utah Tech University. Plenty of off-street parking.

Jani is (the manager) lives upstairs. She is very quiet and you will never hear her. If you are in need of any assistance, message her.

Great stay, would stay again

The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, streaming services on TV, WiFi works great, full kitchen, and you can park right in front of the door, what else do you need? Upstairs neighbors like to stomp around a lot but it wasn’t overwhelming

One of the better kitchens I've had in a VRBO. Great location near parks, walking paths, stores. The owner was great at communicating and very willing to accomodate any reasonable request.

Business Travel

I have been traveling to St. George monthly for business and trying out different places to stay. I was very pleased with my stay here. Check in instructions were timely received and very clear. Check out was similarly easy. The home was quiet and I appreciated having a full kitchen. The place was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay.
