Come enjoy a modern, gorgeous and very comfortable new home in St. George! This is a dream home, thoughtfully designed for the ultimate vacation experience for a corporate, family or group gathering! The home has a 30'x50' sports court to play basketball or pickleball, a putting green, outdoor fire pit, large pool with baja ledge (18' x 36' and heated for an extra $80/day), and large hot tub (8'x10'). Very well stocked kitchen, two refrigerators, two living rooms, outdoor and indoor eating options, with luxury linens and bedding. Conveniently located 44 miles from Zion National Park, 15 miles from Sand Hollow, and 18 miles from Snow Canyon.

Spring Break in St George

Our stay at this property was amazing. The property is exactly as it was advertised with so much to do for a family on vacation. The house is beautiful and clean. The views from the property are stunning and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely would not hesitate to come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Guys Golf Trip - Excellent Stay

The home was awesome. Listing was exactly as described and probably nicer. Very quiet neighborhood. Was a little cold to fully enjoy the backyard but it was very nice. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Great Stay!

We had a great trip! The kids loved hiking and biking in the hills next to the house. We mountain biked over to Desert trails. They were awesome! We had the pool heated for our stay and the kids spent the whole week in the pool. Hot tub worked great! We loved the Taco truck restaurant just down the road and hit Alumni creamery several times. Some of the group were involved in the Pickle Ball tournament at Little Valley and we were just 3-4 min away from the courts. Alina was on top of any questions we had/ Super helpful! We really appreciated the seasoning and other food stuffs available at the house, Lots of pool toys and even life jackets for toddlers. We had no problems and would definitely stay again!

Like a private resort!

We had a fantastic time in St George and this house was a big reason why! We had 7 kids ages 6-16 and 6 adults staying at the house. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enough activities to keep everyone busy. The home is exactly as described and we felt the pictures didn't do it justice, it was even better in person. If you are looking for a family escape in St George, this home is a perfect option!

Amazing vacation!

This is one property that is better in person than the pictures show. Plenty of extra toiletries, amazing yard, clean and quiet neighborhood. We never got the hot tub to heat up- but also did not ask to have it checked out so no complaints there. Just be aware to check the heat if that is important to you :). I would definitely stay here again and again!

You wont be disappointed

This year we decided to have our yearly family get together in St. George, and we decided to book this home. It was absolutely gorgeous! The house is newly built, clean, big and has a lot of high end finishes! Right as we walked in my wife said she wanted this house! The pool is large and clean, and the hot tub was a nice plus on the cooler windy days! There was an issue with the pools filter but was easily troubleshooted thru communication with the owner. The outdoor bar area was amazing and has a TV and Sonos speaker you can use and play music while swimming. The only downfall of the bar area was the breaker for the lights kept popping which made it unusable when the sun went down, but wasn't much of a problem since the sun sets pretty late this time of year! The outdoor restroom and shower was nice for the everyone so we didn't get the inside of the home wet when we had to use it. If I had to give one tip it would be , to get rid of the putting green area and put in a nice slide into the pool. The basketball/pickleball court was fun! Many games of H-O-R-S-E were played! The grass is turf and gets VERY hot in the summer months. Shoes are a must! All in all this house was amazing. My sister goes down to St. George all the time to see the shows and has stayed at multiple VRBOs there and she said this is by far the best. We will be back for sure! Thank you for opening your home and letting us stay!
