I have never had an issue like this, the first night went normal. Second night my dog found a bug. Not just a bug, a cockroach. Since the night before I didn't see anything, I thought it was a fluke. Then I saw another one, I had to walk my dog to go potty. And the walls in the hallway had at least 30, crawling on the walls. I went to tell the front desk. Came back to the room to discuss this with my husband and then the front desk called our room. He said he could move us to the other side of the hotel. It was 11:30 pm by this time. We decided we would at least try that. Since it was late already. I believe they knew they have an infestation and put us in harms way. I didn't see anyone else having to move. And feel very grossed out, had a time even sleeping. It ruined our trip. To top it off we had no apology and received glares from the staff. Not sure about your services. Clean room, comfortable beds, enjoyable stay. Only negative is that people were vaping down the hall and smoke was collecting on the ceiling in the hall; minor inconvenience. Overall good stay - will be back again soon.

A lot of road noise, walls that were too thin (could hear everything in neighboring rooms, including upstairs), no hand towel rack, no tissues, a cleaning sponge in a plastic cup, no lid on the ice bucket, sheets that were too small for the mattress (and were falling apart), and just a genuinely-uncomfortable stay.

I would definitely not stay here again. The place is really dirty. Hallways are dirty with worned out carpet. The rooms are very filthy too. The baseboards in the rooms are disgusting they have dirt, grime on them not sure when it was the last time someone cleaned them. One bed skirt some white crusty stuff on it. The towels looked more like clenaing rugs they were very old and stained.

Don’t bother staying here!
We stayed there for the Huntsman Senior games. We were there four days and asked multiple times for the room to be cleaned. It was cleaned once during our stay. Front desk staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in helping. Staff dropped laundry towels/sheets from the second floor to the lobby floor because there’s no elevator. Staff yelled from first floor to the second loudly. There seems to be nobody checking the work to make sure things are done correctly. The room absolutely needed to be painted. This was not an enjoyable stay whatsoever!

DO NOT stay here!! Staff is extremely unhelpful when it comes to problem solving, and there is a ton of miscommunication with their management. We checked into our room and found a huge yellow stain on our bed as well as tell liquid dripping in the bath tub. It was disgusting!! I’ve stayed in nicer motels!

Terribly expensive for a very old hotel. Front desk clerk was very nice. Beds are very hard and pillows absolutely suck. A/C was very loud. Very small rooms. Overall a 5 of 10

The rooms were run down. Stains on the wall. Grimy baseboards. There was a smoky haze of marijuana in the hallway. The hotel was pet friendly and that is my main compliment. The room should have been less than $100 a night but was not worth $160 per night I paid
