This property has it all! It's just off St. George's Dixie Drive and has two spacious Bedrooms each with flat screen Smart TVs and the master with an adjoining full-sized bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, dining room, family room (w/ large flat screen Smart TV), in house laundry facilities, & porch with beautiful views of the mountains.
