As a self-catering chalet, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle and a microwave, leading into the dining area and lounge with a television.

This chalet has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. Each bedroom contains a double bed.
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable as well as a few essentials.

As well as extensive walks and woodland, there are several leisure activities on the park, including a bar/restaurant, evening entertainment, arcades, an extensive outside play area, indoor swimming pool, mini golf etc.
Use of the parks leisure facilities and clubhouse requires a leisure pass. 

All Bookings after the 5th March 2025 include a free Leisure Pass for the sites facilities which can be Collected at Reception on your arrival.

For guests who booked before 5th March 2025, you will need to go to reception to purchase your leisure pass to use the site facilities if needed.

 This is a separate charge, approx. £30 per house for upto 4-day short stay, £60 per house for a long  7 night stay which can be purchased at Reception on your arrival. 
There is a bus stop on the park, with routes to St Ives, Hayle, Penzance, Lands End and the rest of Cornwall, plus St Erth Train Station.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3-8pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property (Dogs only).

The property benefits from fibre at the holiday park for the provision of WiFi at the property. There is also data provision at the main Park Reception, should you need to use it.
During your stay at this chalet, you're just a quick walk from Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
