Sea Shells offers a bright and well-appointed first floor apartment with onsite parking for one car and just a short stroll to the beautiful Porthminster Beach where you can relax and unwind. For those who wish to explore on foot, the location is ideal to enjoy the quaint cobbled streets of St Ives and the coastal path to Carbis Bay and beyond.

The generous open plan kitchen/dining/living area boasts a balcony to the front with table and chairs. The living area decorated in subtle colours has a TV, large sofa, and relaxing armchair.

The dining table seats up to four guests.

The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer, toaster, radio, and Bluetooth speaker.

The master bedroom with double bed has the added benefit of large doors leading onto a patio area.

The second bedroom also with king size bed (which can be made up as two twin beds) is tastefully decorated with neutral colours, accompanied with timber furniture.

The refurbished bathroom has a luxury jacuzzi corner bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

To the rear of the property is a patio area, with rotary dryer.

Recommended great apartment
I loved the apartment. Great location as only 5 minutes to beaches and High St. Good sea view from the front terrace and appreciated rear small outdoor space. I think it's a great deal for the money. The service we got was superb.
