The staff is amazing. The hotel needs to be renovated. AC situation fixed. .kre food options. Raise pay for the employees because they work hard to make travelers experience a good one. Hotel room has mold. Smells of it and poor ventilation system because of heat. Propert grounds are beautiful. Matara and Paul are amazing. Ms. Dayuana from housekeeping is amazing. Ms ernestine at breakfast time always tried to get me some bush tea. These people really made my stay for me and my kids. It costs too much to have issues that can be fixed.

The facilities were superb. The beach is the best I have seen. The food was really good. The staff was friendly, helpful and also competent. I really enjoyed my stay and I plan to be back.

The property is mold infested and I would not recommend going until the problem is fixed. The staff is amazing. I will never go back to Antigua because of this bad experience that I had.

This resort is average, flies everywhere especially in the buffet area. The rooms smell moldy. Water damage through out the building, most of the staff were not friendly. We’ve stayed at multiple all inclusive, this one was the worst by far.

I was there celebrating 50th bday and the staff was excellent. The facility is a nice size. You can walk everywhere and you didn't need a buggy, but they do have them if needed. The beach is gorgeous and water was clear and was able to see fish.

For the most part the workers try to be nice. Unsanitary rooms. Horrible food, no flavor, hospitality is poor, they don’t get it. They need people who excel in hospitality and resort management to teach them. The bathrooms are not clean, they re-use rags that should be put out in ditty linen . They throw the sheets on the floor and use the same sheets to re-make the beds. They limit the options for places to eat and there are periods when the breakfast is over , there’s no where to get food if you’re a late sleeper. This was. This was a royal waste of my good hard earned money. Never again. The way they handle utensils are disgusting. They leave them out, they handle them with their bare hands (the fork teeth) and after they’ve been sitting on a table, they put them back in a drawer and then put them back out for the next meal, all the while handling them with their dirty hands. The drinking glasses, they hold their hands over the top to pick them up; yuk. The tea cups were not always clean, you have to look in it before using it. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and the nastiest way of handing food I’ve seen. Food is also cold, they don’t maintain good temperature. No sanitizers in the restaurants; esp the buffet / a la Carte.

There was mold in this resort! I had to change my room 3xs due to the mold. There was mold in the dining rooms (the buffet), hallways, along with the room and mildew. They were serving water out of mildew containers. The girls were rude in the sports bar, minus one lady very sweet. The dark skin girl in the bar with a nappy ponytail very rude. They were serving uncooked food in the steak house and the manager was unhelpful. No compensation for all the issues I endured and I wouldn’t visit there again. The rooms had a foul smell I had to sleep with a mask and wear one whenever in the room. My friends experienced the same in their room as well.

The shower in my room had a mildew smell, with visible mold on the ceilings in the hallways out side of the rooms and on the walls in the buffet dinning area. Also, most of the staff had a piss poor attitude. They definitely need a refresher in customer service. There was no ATM machines that dispense USD, so bring money with you. The best part was the beach, pool and the Caribbean restaurant.

Title- Outstanding Service from the Hotel Staff and beautiful Resort I had an amazing stay at Royalton Antigua and the staff played a huge role in making my experience exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality and professionalism of the team stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, whether it was about local recommendations or room preferences. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining the room impeccably clean and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear that they take great pride in their work. Special mention goes to the names below for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. Very nice family resort. We had a great time at the resort. The food was amazing. There are many restaurants, 6 throughout the resort, Italian, Caribbean, Steak House, Buffet and the Sport. During our stayed, no reservation was required to eat at any of the restaurants. They have nightly entertainment with different performances and activities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort.
