Great location and accommodations
Although the wind and rain caused us to pivot and change our plans, this loft was a great stay. Rachel was very quick to respond to all of my questions. Maria was great assisting with parking and check in. The space was clean and nice and had everything we needed. The only downside, which could not obviously be part of the hosts control, were the super loud neighbors.

Apartment was nice. It was clean. The finishes were worn but everything worked. Host worked out parking below building for us which was great. Hallway outside the unit smelled of pot constantly, otherwise building was okay. Neighborhood was close to everything but was very unsafe.Most of the restaurants on the street were closed or only opened hours.We did not have any issues and the stayworked for us.

Nice location for going to soccer games at City Park. Walked in and there was food in the sink. Didn’t like that there wasn’t parking available in the garage. Could have been better for the price.

We appreciated the walkability. The accommodations left a little to be desired. All the living furniture was very worn out. Rugs were curled up and a tripping hazard. The first night there was no hot water and my kids lips turned blue while we tried showering as quickly as possible. Hot water modestly better the next few nights. Messaged host through VRBO the first night but never heard back. Overall just a very average stay. Property definitely looks better in the listing.

Family Road Trip
We decided to stay in St Louis last min on a family road trip. The booking process was great they even sent us links on how to park and get around the city. The location was fantastic for getting around to things like the City Park, The Arch, and Union Station. We had our kids with us and absolutely loved the city. We would definitely come back and rent this apartment again!

Within walking distance to everything downtown
Me and some family came to down for a cardinals game. This place is within walking distance to the stadium. The neighborhood was ok, Saturday night got a little questionable with all the people hanging out in front of the building. The hot water and water pressure was not great but usable. All in all i would stay here again. Nice place in a great location for walking to everything downtown.

Easy downtown experience
So nice. Very clean and comfortable. Enough room for us all. We loved having a kitchen and being able to cook. We walked to all of our destinations in the downtown area and Uber was very easy for us when we traveled farther. Would most definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you so much.

Wonderful location and loft unit
Wonderful location within walking distance to many of the downtown St. Louis attractions. The on-street parking was easy. We were there with our 2 teenager kids and everyone had enough space. The owner is fantastic, very attentive with recommendations and answers to questions. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful home with fantastic location
Loved staying here. Our family stayed here for a short visit to SL. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Parking was a bit challenging as Washington St did not allow parking much of the time. But we were able to find places not far down from there. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

The building and property were great as well as attractions being walkable. The surrounding area is a little less desirable and required us to be on out toes paying attention to what was going on around us. LOVED the apartment though!
