Pros: The apartment was easy to access within walking distance of the metro. The shower had good hot water. The bed was very comfortable. There were complementary snacks provided, and there is a coffee shop connected to the building. Cons: The apartment did not provide bath towels, so we were unable to shower for the first half of our stay. When we reached out to the management, he never responded. His hours were M-F 8am-5pm, and our check-in time was 5pm on Friday to stay through Sunday. By the time we realized there were no towels, he was off work for the weekend and never helped. Additionally, the password for the WiFi was incorrect on the router, and we could not use WiFi for the weekend.

Great place! But management issues.
The place was great and clean. Exactly as described in photos. The bathroom looked freshly remodeled and looked very clean and nicely done. However, when we arrived, the smoke detector was going off, and we had to reset it. It periodically would chirp every 2-3 hours or so and I would have to wake up and reset it every time, not very fun. Also there was 0 internet, and the TV was a ROKU one, so that means no TV either also there wasn't a remote to even try to turn it on) Communication was horrible as I was given a managers number if I had problems, they picked up maybe 1 time the entire stay, and we did not call at an unreasonable hour. We had internet servicers enter our room and try to work which stalled us from enjoying our time on the town. They kept asking me for info on the residence but I had no info to give, it was a rental? We eventually told the servicer just to leave so we could lock up and enjoy our Valentine's dinner. It was very inconvenient.
