Enjoy all the comforts of home in our spacious turn of the century apartment. Situated in south Saint Louis it's a short trip to anywhere in the region. Everything you could need for an easy stay is ready for you! The unit includes; bedroom, bathroom, large living space, fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, laundry in basement, and a large fenced in backyard. Ideal for any travelers with pets.

We love traveling professionals and most of our guests work in health care, education, or research!

Guest Access:
This is an entire 1b/1ba apartment! The only shared space is the laundry units in the basement are shared with one other guest, but you each have your own entrance to the basement from your own kitchens. The backyard is also shared by all guests, but each has their own back door.

The Neighborhood:
Mount Pleasant is a lovely and quiet neighborhood in south St. Louis city, centered around Mount Pleasant Park where many of our neighbors young and old come to enjoy the outdoors with their pets and children. We have a good relationship with our neighbors, most of them being either elderly or with growing families. The local cultural neighborhoods of South Grand, Cherokee, Tower Grove, Benton Park, and Soulard are only a few minutes away as well; all full of wonderful international restaurants, boutique shopping, local art galleries, and entertainment.

Getting Around:
The house is only a few blocks away from Interstate access to HWY 55 as well as these other transit connections:
73 Carondelet Bus to Downtown - at Osceola & Minnesota - 2 mins walk

70 Grand Bus to Grand Station (SSM, Cardinal Glennon, SLU, Children's Hospitals) - at Grand & Osceola - 5 mins walk - Connect at Grand Station for Metrolink Train Westbound to Barnes Jewish Hospital, Siteman Cancer Center, or connections to Galleria Mall & Airport. Or Eastbound to Downtown, Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Illinois

Other Things to Note:
2 Pets are permitted, however will be subject to an additional pet fee. They must be trained to use the bathroom outside, no puppy pads allowed. Guests must use doggy daycares, dog walkers, or have another guest to take out the dog when needed. Pet urine smell will result in a $300 fee as well as the guest being charged for all soft furnishings that smell like a pet (rug, bedding, mattress, curtains, couch, etc.)
