Room service would not answer. I later found out that the phone rang to the bar area. When I arrived to order, the women working was terrible. No sense of urgency. She then took my order and that all was good. When my food arrived, another server placed my food and asked if I needed anything. I was eating and finished my water. I placed my glass on the counter and she walked by at four times and did not fill my glass.

The next morning, 3 hours after we checked out, the hotel replied to the text that they were busy but would get us towels.
