It appears to be going through renovations so it was wood boards up by the front desk. There was no internet the night I checked in per the desk receptionist so I couldn’t watch tv or is my devices correctly. I asked if we would be accommodated she said no. Upon checking out I asked again she said it goes through management but could give me discount since they weren’t available. I have yet to receive the receipt that show credit or anything. The area is not good either but for the price I paid and once on the inside I was decent.

Scary location and dirty rooms
Pubic hairs all over bathroom sink and shower upon check in- disgusting, room carpet stained, breakfast had no gluten free options so had nothing to eat before a long day. Overall hotel condition was shabby inside, did not feel safe staying there was afraid my vehicle was in danger.

Hotel is going through renovations. The hotel is in an industrial type area. The room was not as clean, specially the bathroom. The breakfast options are very limited.

Disappointed that it wasn’t actually downtown, my fault for not double checking. Was not in a safe area in ST Louis, even the Uber driver's warned us. The room was decent, clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would not stay again because of location
