We arrived 3 days after a snow and the parking lot is still completely covered in snow and ice. It’s treacherous to say the least. We waited nearly 20 minutes on the front desk staff to show up to check us in. If I hadn’t already paid via my KeyOne cash, I would have just gone to another hotel. This hotel obviously doesn’t care about its guests. At all!!

We stay here when visiting my grandma, who lives in a nearby memory care center. Either property is great and they make it an easy and comfortable stay.

The place met our needs. The staff was super friendly, understanding and engaging. It’s not fancy by any means but clean and fit our purposes. Slightly overpriced considering the amenities and location outside the city limits. If you are looking for a short term stay that’s clean and close the freeway, this should meet your basic needs.

Not bad for the price but bunch of trash in the parking lot for a few days til it got picked up. I booked mainly because of the pool as kids were looking forward to it. It's an indoor/outdoor pool and they're stingy with the heat. Along with the fact there were leaves and a scum type film on the surface we thought it best not to use. Big Bummer. Showered had no body wash in the dispenser, told em and it never did get filled and we were there for 5 nights. The breakfast was your normal breakfast for a hotel, and they close it at 9:00 am and they don't mean 9:01. Wouldn't stay again as I really enjoy a pool.

Area was safe, staff were very friendly. Floors were extremely dirty, there was food in the floor as soon as we got in the room. The sheets were stained. There wasn’t a constant fan setting on the AC so I had a hard time sleeping. Towels were clean, but overall it could have been a little nicer.

Please skip this place, keep looking!!
This was an unfortunate experience to end 2024. What my family didn't know until we checked in was this hotel was recently purchased by a new company, so all of the hotels.com reviews before November 2024 were when the hotel had different ownership. Hence the fals good rating.The new owners have not invested in the property so on every turn something was out, broken, or doesnt exist. There is no cable- so if your tv works you get five channels, the whirlpool was broken, the rooms have lots of moisture so it smelled like mildew, the food was mediocre, there are signs in the lobby saying you must only eat in the lobby due to pest control ( tells you alot), and there is no soap in the bathroom dispensers - so you have to ask for a ton of soap samples. If you try and voice a concern to the front desk they would first misled you and say technicians are not available during the holiday season (Nov-Jan), argue with you, or call a colleague and talk about you like your not there. However, they will not try and make things right. They have "policies in place that do not allow them to help you. BUT they wish they could." This location is not serious about the hotel business and are more interested in hanging out with each other. Please do "me" a favor and keep looking for another property where you can be safe and happy. You will be glad you did. I WILL NEVER recommend staying here to a human...however I will recommend that hotels.com please stop promoting this property ASAP.

We booked this hotel for kids trip to have indoor pool and breakfast. We arrived and was told pool was getting cleaned and wouldn't be ready till after we checked out. We went down for breakfast and was told there was no juice or yogurt due to a family eating too much. Seems like they should be stocked well for holidays.

Cheap 1 cup coffee maker in the room that required special 1 cup bags and they only offered decaf. Went down at 5 for coffee, it was stone cold and from the night before. I was told someone would be in at 6 to make fresh. Furniture in our suite did not match. There was no table and chairs to eat at. See pictures. Couch stained. No channel guide in the room and front desk said they dont have any. Only 3-4 channels on the tv. MTV, HALLMARK, and 2 others no local. Breakfast was doable. I would have loved to attatch photos but this sight wouldn't let me.

Hotel was great...too bad there isn't a way to monitor pool area so guests don't eat chips, candy, and snacks while actually in the hot tub. Breakfast was very good as always, I'm sure staff maintaining this area had a fun day between keeping food full and cleaning up messes and spilled juice from small children who really would have benefitted by having an adult with them.
