The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing, she was so sweet and understanding! However the room was not clean, there were fingerprints and dirt & stains on EVERYTHING, the shower was broken and we were put right by a construction zone. The entire place was so smelly, and it was uninhabitable

The check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and had a lot of parking area. The room was good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom tub was stained. There wasn't much counter space in the bathroom.The lobby only has 2 chairs. The staff and guests smoke right outside the doors so you have to walk through the smell to enter and exit. It wasn't the best motel I have been to,but it wasn't the worst either.

Gross and needs updated.
Severely needing an update, half of the hotel is under remodel, the fire alarm panel had a trouble on it, the fire alarm went off at 4:30am, workers were difficult to find if needed anything, even calling the front desk no answer, chairs floor and walls are gross, cleaners should really use a black light to clean these rooms.

The breakfast was ok. The first room we were put in stunk of urine, sheets and blankets were dirty and stained. Went to front desk to bring to their attention. They didnt have another suite so we were put into two different rooms. They also smelled terrible. Was given the run around as to why property manager couldnt smell the foul oder. Just gave up and went and bought air freshner to beable to get through till morning. The workout room smelled of mold and ceiling was falling down. I would NOT recommened anyone to this property.

My family and I reserved two rooms for our stay due to the proximity to the amphitheater for a concert. The distance to the venue was hard to beat. The hotel looks appealing from the outside. The elevator floor tiles were all busted up. The east end of the hotel was all blocked off for remodeling. Once to our double queen suite the pungent smell of urine was overwhelming. The walls and ceiling of the bathroom were stained and covered with patches. The tub had large areas of rust and what looked like paint on the floor of it. The bathroom mirror was losing its coating all around the perimeter. The whole suite was damp. The room directly across the hall that we were also given also suffered from being very damp. Items placed on the beds would be cold and damp when picked back up a short time later. We were in a time crunch and were unable to try and locate a different place to stay at this point or I certainly would have walked out of this place. The hotel did offer a shuttle to and from the concert venue which was a slight bonus. Our return driver was awfully reckless taking a van full of passengers around medians and into oncoming lanes as a shortcut. I was told on arrival that breakfast was served until 9:30 am. The following morning we entered what appeared to be a repurposed conference room for breakfast at 8:30 am. We found that the normal hotel hot breakfast fare did not exist. All of the pans for sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, etc. were empty.
