The overall stay was cool but to have somebody walk in your room and open your door with another room key is crazy. I went down to the desk and they said I wasn’t checked in all the way.

There was a wedding event at the time of our stay. The waiting time for the elevators were terrible. Bartending staff was not friendly. Rooms need updated for the price of the rooms.

We called and left voice messages that ac didn’t work, not answered upon. Next day called front desk who sent man up! Unit froze so he thawed it and left. 2 hours later froze up again. This time he brought a box fan with him! 2 nights of ni air and room was stifling! Did not sleep well! Should have been handled on day one!

I accidentally booked 2 reservations one that was paid and one that wasn’t. When I got to the property I explained the situation and the front desk clerk still used and charged me for the reservation that wasn’t paid. We then got a corner room which was an upgrade and while I have no problem w dogs in rooms. The one next to us would not stop barking and could be heard 2 floors down at the reception desk and any time you moved in our room- the dog Barked as ut was left alone.

The location and surrounding environment of this hotel were great. The actual room appeared to not have been cleaned well in quite some time, other than the bed linens. The couch had visible stains and dirt on it, the wheels fell off the ottoman when we moved it to the side of the room. The bathroom had a strong urine odor and there were orange stains and body hair on the sides of the toilet. We also found a bug in the shower. The hallways are obviously not vacuumed regularly. The food here was good and plentiful. The staff were friendly, but when we brought our concerns to them (not seeking any monetary benefits, just to let them know the room needed attention), there was no effort to write down a list of concerns. Just an “ok, thanks for letting us know”. The building is beautiful, it’s unfortunate it’s not being well-maintained.

Classy Hotel
This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful view inside and out. The rooms are the best-designed rooms I have ever seen. I wish I would have known about the pet fee before check-in, as it was not mentioned earlier, but I would 100% stay here again.

Great service from check in to check out!!! Bartender was the best!!!! The gentleman that checked us in checked on us daily to ensure that we were ok. This was probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile.

Overall the hotel was great! Very clean and the staff was nice! We enjoyed our stay. There was very limited parking in front of the hotel. Parking around back would have left us feeling unsafe. There was trash and cigarette butts all over the parking area when we were there.
