So irritating with no on leaving channels on reg tv. Housekeepers need yo do thst before they leave. Dislike the smart tv’s & hate charter upgrade ur dinosaur remotes!!! We pay premium $$$ we expect to see that money being put back into updating ur rooms not in a managers bonus at the year end. !!!

Parking was dangerous. The hole reason i got this hotel was it use the pool at night. I came from out of state for a halloween party and wanted to use the pool but it is locked at night. Plus i had to pay a 100$ deposit on top of what i paid allredy for the room. Will not stay there agen.

The staff /woman at the morning breakfast area was very welcoming each morning which was very nice. The property was kept very clean. We really enjoyed the little touches such as the free toys for kids in the lobby or the free candy in the lobby along with the bottled waters in the rooms, extra toilet paper and paper towels and so on, we will stay here again
