It would help if you could have scooters for those have walkers. The parking lot to the room was still far. I opt out having to go to the Casino with my husband because of the distance for me to walk from my room to the gambling area.

At check-in I wasn’t offered the option of higher floor like the other people that was checking when I checking in. Front desk lady wasn’t friendly. The refrigerator had a bad smell and unplugged.

The staff was kind, and Director Sweet was fun. The safe in the room had a low battery, and I almost locked all my money in, lol. (RM1062). The elevator at the parking garage had a loose button wall. Security was out doing a great job. The casino was fun. They should have a large cocktail option. Overall, better than Ameristar since they have a closed pool.

I enjoyed my stay at Hollywood! There was a lot of parking and security which was great! The Hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! There is several food restaurants and places where you can get a beer or a shake in the same building as the casino and hotel! It’s not much around it so it’s pretty quiet, which is a plus for me!
