When I walked in, he had stuff still on the wall. It looked like some blood or something that was on the bathroom door like soon you open the door the microwave didn’t work.But other then that is was ok

Upon checking in to our room that was already set up we came across several issues with our 1st room. The door was hard to open and when we 1st attempted to close it there was an issue with the lock sticking and not wanting to close. Then once we got in we wanted to eat and shower. There however where several flies in the room And not small nats. We shushed them away. After that we decided to shower. The tub was filthy. And my boyfriend attempted to use the toilet but there was no water in the tank to the back of the toilet. We informed front desk. Without any hassle we where moved to another room (considered an upgrade due to the circumstances). Once again filthy tub. Flies met us at the door AGAIN !! Our fridge didn't keep things cool either..... Upon waking up to Leave out we showered only to see several bed bugs bites on both of us. We where on a tight schedule and both needed to work early.. The lobby was full of guests so we decided to wait for the opportunity to inform you that these happened. This is my 2nd visit to this location. And I am not happy and shall not return. Our hard earned money was wasted. The only actual employee that maintained professionalism was Yolanda. I was locked out my room from 10pm til at least 730am. The latch was half hung and the door was stuck. The gentleman from 2nd shift refused to look into the issue and laughed it off and left. Yolanda insured my safety and took care of business... It was ok, tv remote did not work and coffee maker was broke as I was heading to office a very sweet maid/cleaner came to my rescue and got it all working and it wasn’t even her room to take care of.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ended our stay early after one night. I wish I listened to other reviews and just went with something else. 1. They state it is a smoke free facility but the front office smelled of cigarettes and weed. There were people smoking in the non designated smoking areas, and our room REAKED of smoke. 2. Expedia states they are not pet friendly. Getting there we find out they do allow pets. 3. We paid for the upgraded bedding, getting into the room it looked as if someone had already been in the bed and the covers were just thrown on. 4. We ended our stay early and there has been nothing but problems contacting the property. Overall incredibly disappointing experience, terrible location, not great staff, and if you do need staff they are not helpful. Just go somewhere else.

The 3pm check in process was horrible, we had a block rooms for a weekend event and when we got there we were told no rooms were available, we asked why and was told not enough housekeepers, when asked when we could check in was told I do not know and preceded to help out a guest that was crying she had no where to go, she got a free night! When we finally were able to check in I was charged $54, probably paid the homeless woman night in the hotel. The bathroom had holes in the shower walls. The check out was just horrible also, no one was in the office and it was locked, I found the office worker and she was on the second floor knocking door to door with a clipboard seeing whom was still in their rooms, I was told to leave my hotel room keys on a mophead motorcycles! Do not stay here, go to the Drury Hotel right down the road. Red Roof corporate needs to know about this location and hopefully Expedia can advise customers to avoid this location!
