When we were told of the rates I was kinda worried that it wouldnt be a good place to stay, the rates was reasonable which usually means it falls short in other areas. But to my surprise the hotel was very clean, towels clean, rooms clean, bedding clean and staff very friendly kitchen area was clean and food area was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We booked a night here after getting stranded at STL by Southwest during a horrific weekend of travel trying to get home. Ashley, who was working late night on 8/3/24, was so warm and welcoming. I was brought to tears by her kindness after our travel day from hell. We were impressed with the size of the room--it was HUGE! Nicely appointed and finished, perfect for our needs of a comfortable place to lay our heads for the evening. Breakfast the next morning was included, and the gentleman that prepares and serves the food was very personable as well. We chatted with him as we ate, and his manner was very welcoming (I forgot to ask his name!!). Overall, after a long tiring day, the service and hospitality we recieved was just the boost we needed to prepare us to tackle travel day from hell #2.

I booked a room at the last minute because I missed my airplane connection. Hotel was close to airport and they arranged a shuttle for me at 4:00 AM.

There was a lot of mold above the bathroom mirror. There was a cup under the bathroom vanity. The desk and coffee pot were covered in dust. Then I had to pay a deposit of $50 that I won’t get back for 7-10 days.

Great hotel for airport trips
The place was great for the price. It was clean and workers were friendly. The breakfast was great with fresh cooked foods, not heated or microwaved.The first night there we were missing a shower curtain and the duvet that goes between the sheets. The front desk person allowed us to move room when she couldnt find a curtain (she did find the duvet). When we got to the new room, there wasn't a trash can but we didn't have much trash and just left it on the bathroom sink. They provided an Uber to the airport for us, in place of their shuttle. After our trip, we stayed there again as we were allowed to park our car there for the duration of our trip at $10/day. On our 2nd stay there we didnt have any toilet paper in the room and used tissues instead. Overall a good experience for the price but all the little nuances were a bit frustrating. Will stay there again!
