Disappointing!
Hotel is very basic. Rooms are fine but very sparse feeling. Hotel was loud -- loads of noise from other rooms and from the plumbing from rooms above us. The outside grounds are just scruffy, unkempt gardens; it all looks like it hasn't been cared for in ages. No recycling bins in the rooms.

Pleasant Overnight Stay
Simply an overnight stay. The room was clean, it was quiet. No services were required so I can't rate that The small fridge in the room had a freezer.

This is our second stay at the property it is clean and well priced, front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. You can see the sunset from the property so please put some seating outside to take advantage of it!

Poor Business Accume
Room was booked early July for 1 night early August stay. The day before our booking, we were contacted by Stone Willow Inn to notify us that the hot water was not working. We were offered to still arrive or cancel with refund. We had a theatre event with 30 degree weather and needed hot water, therefore secured another last minute hotel at a higher price and still await the refund to credit card over month and half later. Ive reached out twice already and still have not recieved refund. Poorly executed cutomer service and business accume.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Stone Willow Inn. We attended a wedding across the street at the St Mary’s Golf Course. It was very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. However, staffing was limited and there was no restaurant on site.

We liked the position of the property. It needs improvements in regards to services, inadequate advertisement (no restaurant, poor TV offer - only streaming). We believe that they just opened and were not completely ready for guests. There is a potential for a future success.

The room was nice and spacious and included a decent sized fridge and a coffee maker. They turned off the water for repairs for several hours while we were there without much warning or compensation but overall, for the price, we were happy with our stay.
