It was visually nice, staff were wonderful and it was very clean. But we were attacked by bed bugs during the night Must be reported asap.

Staff was very nice and great breakfast. This place had the best breakfast our week long trip to California. Very clean place. Pool was freezing but hot tub was very nice. The outside smelled so amazing with all the trees.

Rundown, but great breakfast.

This is a motel, not a hotel. There are no elevators to the second floor. My husband is handicapped and, thankfully we were able to get a room on the first floor. The room was rundown. The couch had a major stain on it and we were afraid to sit on it. There was no lighting in the passage between the living space and the bedroom area. The bathroom fan comes on automatically when the lights are turned on. There was a power failure and they did not have a backup generator. We were without power from about 8pm till 3am. Breakfast was quite nice.

The good, the bad, and the ugly

Staying on the second floor with no elevator was extremely difficult. (Especially for guests with health issues/disabilities) The towels were hard and rough. The front desk had no extra pillows available. The parking lot/road to the parking lot was awful. (Full of huge potholes and rocks) There were two washers and two dryers… and one of each was out of order. (So only one washer and one dryer was available for all the guests in the hotel to share) It took me 2 and a half hours total, to do one load of laundry. (Because the one “working” dryer was not hot enough) On a good note…the room, lobby, pool area, and dining area were very clean. The front desk and especially dining attendant were friendly. Breakfast was great. And the gift shop had beautiful merchandise to offer.
