Dear DeliaThank you very much for your feedback. We really regrett that your stay at our place did not meet your expectations and you gave us the worst possible rating. All of our Studios and Apartments are non smoking rooms and after checking your Studio personally, there was no odor of cigarettes smellable from the room itself. It was much more obvious, that the cigarette smell was coming through the opened window as the guests below your Studio were smoking on their balcony. Nevertheless, we would like to honestly apologize for the inconvenience and the bad experice at our place and we would like to invite you to be our guest again in the future, so that we could convince you from the beauty and the great atmosphere at the Aladin Apartments Sincerely Yours

During the winter, enjoy on-site recreational activities like downhill skiing and cross-country skiing. Hotel Stille & Aladin Apartments helps provide the perfect ski holiday with ski storage and ski passes. At the end of the day, order après-ski drinks at one of the hotel's 2 bars/lounges. WiFi is free in public spaces. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This St. Moritz hotel is smoke free.
