This 2 bedroom/2 bath beach condo is located at the desirable Sunset Paradise property in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. While the unit itself does not have a Gulf-view, it is located on the Gulf side of Gulf Blvd, so that you do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. This lovely escape is only steps away from the quiet property's pool and private beach access. Our beach condo is updated from ceiling fans, bedding, pillow top mattresses to the couch and TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the living area. Along with new paint inside and out, the condo's kitchen has beautiful white cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed for your stay. There is bar/dining with seating for up to 5 for those meals that you plan to dine in after a fun day on the shore. This beach rental Shore is ready for your memories to be made!
Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, small cooler and a couple fun sand items are provided and ready for you to enjoy out on the shoreline. Swim half the day away in the tastefully designed pool and new pavered patio with all new lounge chairs & patio umbrellas. You can grill out daily meals while listening to the waves and enjoying the private resort feel. You'll have reserved covered parking for 2 vehicles directly underneath your beach condo and a great surrounding beach strip area to walk and explore.
Indian Rocks Beach is a fairly quiet section of the beach where high-rise development is banned, preserving a more mild and desirable beach atmosphere. You can head just a couple of minutes north or south to find more activity and plenty of places to eat & activities to explore. Fortunately, one of the best seafood restaurants around happens to be only a 1 min walk, after cleaning up from the day and preparing for a breezy evening of semi-casual dining. Don't forget to top the day off with an unforgettably colorful sunset. It's the peaceful sunsets that help capture these great memories with family and friends for you to take many great memories home with you, upon your return.
