Great location. 1&1/2 blocks to the public beach.This has everything you need. 50 inch plasma in the living room and 40 inch in bedroom. Large coffee maker, Brand new beautiful bathroom, new granite kitchen fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc. Relax in the yard (shared with other apt)in our lounge chairs, sit by the FIRE PIT or have lunch at the picnic table set at the boat dock and watch the boats go by and the dolphins jumping. you are welcome to bring your boat just please let us know in advance.
