Our condo was wonderful. I was very disappointed in the pool area. The pool, hot tub & pool area were never cleaned the entire time we were there. This may hurt our chances of returning next year.

Great place-no central air
We have nothing but good things to say about the property’s accommodations and location. However, to find out two hours before we were to check in that the central air conditioning system wasn’t working was a shock , a disappointment, and an inconvenience for our entire stay. Then to find out that they knew about it not up and running when I booked, and not mention it, seemed deceitful. I would have looked for another property. As a Premier Host myself on Vrbo, this seems unacceptable.

Beautiful location. Several restaurants within walking distance. Property should change pool/beach access to keypad instead of keys. Also need to rework wash off area from beach- need hose and mats- otherwise wash off and then track sand to steps. Also, electronic lock for condo door would be better than having key.

We booked this property as a last minute Thanksgiving getaway. The reviews were spot on. Beautiful condo. Well kept, comfortable, everything we needed. The location was perfect-a short path to the beach, pool and hot tub right below the balcony. Amazing restaurants super close. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Perfect
This condo and unit are wonderful! The views are amazing! The unit storage by pool has everything you need to enjoy beach time with the family! Love how Indian Rocks was less busy ans quiet. Short drive to Clearwater side. Restaurants near were all wonderful! We were able to see manatees swimming in ocean and schools of sting rays! We will be back!

Had Amazing time
We loved staying on this property, it felt like we were right at home. Everything was neat and clean. Kids had so much fun with all the beach toys. My only issue was with dishwasher rack and one of the drawers in the fridge kept on getting stuck. Appliances do need upgrade but it didn't have any negative impact on our stay. We loved the place and would visit again. It was very relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Beautiful getaway
We had other plans for this week on a cruise which was cancelled due to Covid so we booked a beach getaway for my daughters 26th birthday. The view was amazing and loved the close beach access. The pool was great too. Nothing was too crowded because it was not the public beach area. The condo was quiet and clean and we had a relaxing week. You can walk to many good restaurants as well

Really nice condo
This condo was even nicer than the pictures made it look. It's on the top floor with a great view of the ocean. Very quiet. Kitchen is extremely functional. The balcony was a great place to eat meals. There were skylights in the hallway which gave a nice natural light feel. Just a few things to know: -Both bathroom exhaust fans are loud. The condo seems very sound proofed, so it was hard to hear them if the bathroom door was closed, but to be in the bathroom with the exhaust fan on, the noise was a little overwhelming. -The only garbage cans were one in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. It would have been much more convenient to have one in each bedroom as well. -Our keys didn't work to get into two of the three doors going into the pool. We just walked around the pool coming back from the beach, but it would have been way more convenient to be able to walk through the pool area. -If there is cable on the TV, we could never get it to work. The TV's are smart TVs so we could log into Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube and that was enough for us. I just was a little disappointed since we don't have cable at home and vacation is when I typically gorge myself on banal reality TV. -Their is a large picture window in the master bedroom...but the view is the elevator doors about three feet away. It wasn't an issue for us because we just kept the shade closed the whole time, but if you're the kind of person who has to have natural light, it's something to consider. Don't let these concerns stop you from renting this place, though. It was really an amazing week there and we're already talking about renting it again next year!
