Our apartment 'Authentic' is a combination of pleasing colors and a delicate attention to detail in every corner that will let you experience the magic of an eclectic space in the heart of St Petersburg. With the beautiful sand beaches just 5 minutes away, you can feel the breeze as soon as you step outside. You also can try St Petersburg’s diverse restaurant scene and visit the museums displaying art permanent collections and traveling exhibits.
As you walk into this glamorous apartment you will feel how this carefully designed space lives up to it’s name. An open layout of about 800 square feet, fully equipped kitchen offers Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a Keurig with reusable pots to enjoy coffee, toaster and a small blender.

For the cooking pioneer, there is a charming nook section to serve your food, hang out with full privacy, or do some work for any business traveler. The living room area is carefully decorated to make you feel at home with unique lighting and includes hand-picked artwork that will bring the place to life as you watch your favorite streaming platform on the 50” smart TV’s.

As you enter the rooms you will feel the overall warmth and charm and will enjoy luxurious organic cotton sheets, soft & firm pillows and the most comfortable memory foam Tuft and Needle mattress to ensure a good night sleep. The rooms are equipped with 37” smart TV’s.

A beautiful modern bathroom with ceramic tile and a bathtub. Toiletries are provided for your convenience should you need them.

The unit is equipped with a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience, a back common area with surrounding landscape and stainless steel BBQ. Two assigned off street parking spaces.

The apartment was accurately described. Enjoyed our week-long stay. I had to contact the owner with a question and they replied very quickly. We didn’t have any issues. There is only one recommendation I would have and that is to have blinds or room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. I would definitely stay again.

I’m so happy we chose this place for our visit to St. Petersburg. It’s close to the beach and a couple downtown areas so we were able to find great food and shopping. The property itself is close to a main road so it was a little noisy but I was able to sleep with the heavy curtains closed. The living room isn’t very practical; the furniture is small and uncomfortable. However, it’s comfortable where it counts: the beds! The mattresses are a great firmness and feel new. The hosts have provided multiple pillows as well. The bathroom and kitchen are huge and have everything you need. The washer and dryer work well, and the outside area is super cute. Parking is off street. You’re close to a nice Publix as well.

Great vibe. Perfect location.
what a reward after an 11-hour drive. The place was o cute. And comfy. We were in for a family wedding, which ended up being just across the bridge on Saint Pete! What a treat. Next time, we will plan on stayinhg longer. Easy hop to downtown Saint Petersburg and Saint Pete Beach. We could not have asked for more. Thanks Natalie and Yuri.

Beautiful residence
Property was exactly as described. The shower was the best feature! I love a hot shower and it did not disappoint. All the welcome treats were an awesome touch. The beds were unbelievable. Close to everything! The living room area was a bit uncomfortable just because we like to watch movies as a family and made it a little difficult to get comfortable. Overall great experience. I would definitely stay again.

A beautiful, comfortable stay in St. Pete!
This property was perfect for my very quick, solo trip to St. Pete. Natalia and Yuri were extremely communicative and informative. The property was sparkling clean when I arrived and was just as pictured! The bed was comfy and amenities were great. I love that it was just a short ride to St. Pete beach on the free Sun Runner bus! The property is also very conveniently next to a Publix and Taco Bell. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great apt.
Chose this spot because it was close to our family's home in the area. I was concerned it was too close to busy roads, but the unit itself was quiet. Turned out to be a great location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The apt. was clean, well apppointed and more than adequate. We had a little hiccup and thought we might need to check out later, stay another night, etc. The host was more than accommodating & was prompt in responding to any questions. Glad to have found this gem.

Amazing Spot and Great Place
Everything stated on the app was accurate and then some. We were blown away by just how great the place looked-both aesthetically and cleanly. Super chic getaway in a prime location
The apartment was so nice! I loved the detail of how it was decorated, even down to having rose gold silverware in the kitchen!! It was such a nice place with plenty of room for 4 adults to hang out for a family get together with places to relax as well, like in the furnished outside patio. The location was excellent and was right around the corner from Publix, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. This place really exceeded my expectations!

Adorable apartment in quiet neighborhood
A friend and I stayed here for 5 days and cannot say enough positives about it! The apartment was just as advertised, so cute and had all the supplies we needed. Very quiet, easy to find location. Such a close drive to several beaches! We felt completely safe and comfortable. Host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We hope to make this an annual stay!
