Reef Club 407

Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliaikaisesti ja meidän yöpymiset näytetään tarkasti. Syötä vain haluamasi päivämäärät ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

Reef Club 407 sijaitsee Indian Rocksin rannalla. Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen loma-asunnon yksikkö on ihastuttava Persianlahden näkymä! Se oli vain täysin uusittu uudella laatta, uusi maali, uusi keittiö ja uusi vuodevaatteet. Seinillä on myös uutta taideteosta.

Palveluihin kuuluu turvallinen internetyhteys, yksityinen täysikokoinen pesukone kuivausrumpu ja katettu pysäköinti. Kompleksi on ihmeellinen, erittäin ystävällinen ja perhepoliittinen. Siinä on kaksi hissiä, joissa on yhteinen kylpytynnyri, tenniskentät, grillit ja suurin uima-allas rannalla!

Nice area and the Condo served us well

The condo was what we expected. Nice to have a remodeled kitchen. Think the owner should consider the bathrooms next. And definitely new pillows for the master bedroom. Prior to our arrival we asked it there was any hurricane damage. The reply was “you are good to go”. Upon arrival we immediately saw the entire pool/ patio area under repairs, and major landscape work going on all week. We even had to listen to jackhammers all day Sunday. I think there should have been more honesty from management.

This place is in such a great location and I have stayed at the Reef Club in the past. 407 needs to be throughly deep cleaned and new mattresses, bedding and new couch and loveseat.

Property was great, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! Unfortunately the toilet in the master bath ran all week. We notified the property manager upon checkin. They said someone would reach out to us, which never happened. Also, front door access keypad needs to be updated. 10 digits is way too long!!

Great Condo

This property was very nice. It was spacious, clean, had plenty of dinnerware, glasses etc, and had a wonderful view of the pool & beach. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area.

Quiet, roomy, but many broken items

The condo is nice, the beach was beautiful, the hot tub and pool were convenient. 5 people and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay, though the communication with the property manager VACASA was poor. At first there were lots of messages welcoming us. But when we reported some broken items, missing parking pass and gate codes. We found lots of outdated brochures, the welcome book was in disrepair, the guest book was buried under the outdated brochures. We left a note for housekeeping about the broken items, hopefully these things will be taken care of before the next guests arrives. We did have trouble with the door lock (our fault) but the response was quick for that. We could not get the door to lock- which was a safefty issue.

Not enough room to write all my review

Pictures of property dont match what you get. Newly remodeled…ha, maybe 10 years ago remodeled. Needs updated. Was looking forward to no shower curtain in master as pictures showed shower door, nope…it was a shower curtain! Bathroom has 15 lightbulbs and makes it very hot in there! AC doesn’t put enough air into bathroom to help. AC went out multiple times on us while staying. I contacted vacasa and they gave me steps to take to see if a reset would work, it did and it did a couple more times but then it wouldn’t work anymore. It got hot in there! Was told by vacasa that AC is required to be at 73 or the unit would freeze up, sorry, what?? I’m not keeping it that warm in my condo that im paying over 2k for especially when my home is set lower than that too. Also, no where did it state keep at 73 and when i told them that i was told to try 70/71 and keep a close eye on it lol. We had 4 kids and 2 adults so there was plenty of room for us! Loved the huge living room area. The outside amenities were great, pool was perfect, kids played tennis, and the little extra gaming area off the pool and tennis area was awesome! The gas grills outside worked well, we used them and lots of others too. Closeness to ocean was perfect! Upon arrival i went around wiping things like counters and they had dusty or particles of some sort plus hair on them. Kitchen table looks gross but is stained and the chairs for table are cloth and was once probably white but now nasty and gray/black.

Great location poor parking

The condo was large & comfortable, the owner group was exceptional on communications. The only negative was the parking the one assigned spot was fine But the guest parking was very limited so we had to park one car on a side street in a local neighborhood which isn't mentioned in listing. If you're renting a 3 bedroom condo there is a good chance you'll have more than one vehicle. The only other thing that we weren't thrilled with was they had pest control come in our condo & spray and we were never notified that this was taking place ,so while were out strangers are in our condo & we hadn't locked anything up.

First time staying at the The Reef. We weren't told or given the beach gate code that would have been nice to know. They need to have more carts for our luggage to carry to our rooms. They only had 2 with everyone checking in on Saturday. I think every room should have one and kept in the room. Other then that if was nice, we loved and enjoyed our stay.

Family week at the beach

Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property. The bedroom floor was swept but not mopped, I think. I accidentally spilled something on the floor and when I went to wipe it up, the paper towel was very dirty. I then wet another paper towel and found that other parts of the floor were also dirty.

Needed to get away.

Overall the place has good bones great view nice size rooms. New countertops and vanities have been placed in both bathrooms which really helps those locations. From comments from the guests that stayed with us the beds were comfortable. We liked the soft close drawers in the master bathrooms new vanity and the soft close lids on the toilets. There also was a nice quantity of chairs and boogie boards and things to take to the beach. The problem with the place is that it needs some love and additional cleaning. It does not look like the lower molding on the master bath vanity has ever been cleaned. The unit needs repainting, new doors on both bathrooms as they have been damaged by water. There seems to be mold or mildew in both showers. After we had reserved the unit but prior to arriving I looked closer at the pictures and ask about the possibility of having grab bars or safety bars installed in both showers and was told that the owners didn’t feel like they could expend the money at this time. I feel that their installation would be a definite safety improvement. One of the things I was most surprised at was the very poor quality of kitchen cabinets, I assume they were the original cabinets and they have never had anything done to them. Some doors we’re splintered along the bottom edge and some would not close properly and in general needed a lot of love. Some additional flatware spoons would be good. The furniture does not look bad but it is just wore out. This could be a 5-star location but in its current condition I would only give it 2.5-stars. But we still had a good time and not sorry we came.

We love the relaxing flow of the beach life. The condo was fine for our family except it didn't have a 9x13 baking dish. It was quite hard to cook for my family, in a condo adverized for 8, with tiny baking dishes. We will visit the Reef Club again!!!

Great location, large condo some issues

Great location right on the beach, good value for price to stay here. Would rent it again, restaurants & connivence stores within walking distance. Nice touch with beach chairs and towels available. However housekeeping needs improvement. Piles of sand still left on the floor not picked up. Feet turned black walking barefoot in the condo. Obviously the floor was not cleaned. Parchment paper was in the bottom of the oven, touching the heater coil, small fire started when preheating oven, fortunately the paper we removed quickly and put out in the sink. Information for WiFi, etc in the condo is out of date, make sure they send you the wifi information. Router was unplugged, I know I might be nitpicking but really supposedly housekeeping was there just an hour or so before us.

Gorgeous gulf view!!!

Wonderful week at this gorgeous condo! The views of the Gulf are breath taking! We never felt cramped in this spacious condo! The only downfalls, kitchen could use a few more basics, we opted to eat in about half the time and needed a few more essentials (there is NO bakeware, working can opener, etc.) Definitely need more/new bath towels and washcloths (only four washcloths for 6 adults!) No tv in the 3rd bedroom as the pics had shown. Not a huge deal for us but no offer to replace/make right. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The first walk across the family room floor and feet were filthy, ceiling fans, and lots of dust everywhere ick, lightbulbs burned out, etc!!!! However, we got the condo cleaned and enjoyed our week here and the beach immensely!! Just not how we thought vacation would start. The location is perfect though!! I do hope the owners consider putting in a fan on the porch. A couple minor changes would make this place 5 stars across the board!!!!
