Welcome to paradise at our condo in the heart of historic and quaint Indian Rocks Beach. The beautifully decorated condo is in the perfect location for your beach getaway. Located on the West side (beach side) of Gulf Blvd you have no busy streets to cross and are less than 200 steps to the sand! Indian Rocks Beach is known for its miles of pristine white sugar sand beaches perfect for collecting shells, soaking in the sun, and swimming in the inviting warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With no hotels around it feels like you have the beach to yourself, and the beach breeze and sunsets are nothing short of spectacular!
The unit is located on the top floor of this building up two short flights of stairs (no elevator, sorry) where you can enjoy a small view of the gulf from your oversized balcony facing the beach. The condo only has 4 units so no hassle with crowds and your covered parking spaces are right below the unit. It has everything you will need for your stay so you can truly relax and unwind. The beautiful newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances has everything you need including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, waffle maker, toaster oven, and ice maker. We also have a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The bedrooms have delightfully comfortable mattresses in them because there is nothing worse than not being able to get a good night's sleep after a great day making family memories on the beach. We have everything you will need for your time at the beach including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, body boards, noodles, beach toys for the kids and even a wagon to make getting there that much easier. No need to pack all your beach gear and haul it on vacation, we have everything you will need already here.
We are located truly in the best spot in the area with plenty of fabulous restaurants right down the street. Walk on over and grab a bite or some ice cream at The Kooky Coconut Café at the end of the block. Get some delicious local seafood at Keegans Seafood Grill, PJ’s Oyster Bar, The Original Crabby Bills, or Guppy’s on the beach that are all within a mile of the condo. Or try one of the multiple pizza spots within blocks or a delicious taco and margarita at Jakes Coastal Cantina. The only problem is there are so many great options you won’t have time to try them all.
If you are looking for more to do than relaxing on the beach all day, there are plenty of great local attractions within a short drive. Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and Clearwater Beach are a few miles down the beach. If you are looking for excitement, Busch Gardens in Tampa will get your blood flowing and Adventure Island is a great way to beat the heat and get your thrills. Fishing charters both inshore and offshore are abundant, but we can hook you up with the locals that know where all the fish are and guarantee you have a great time. If you want to get up close and personal with the fish, the Clearwater Aquarium and Tampa Aquarium are both fantastic fun for the entire family.
The condo’s owners are thrilled to share their slice of beach heaven with you and once you come to IRB you will be counting the days until you are able to come back.

We were very happy with the accommodations, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best parts of the stay. It was very comfortable! A good nights rest on vacation is important . First (but not last) Getaway to IRB
We had a delightful time. The property is a short walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and other venues. We have experienced many rentals over the years… the owners of this property left nothing out. In addition to being beautifully decorated, they made sure every little detail was taken care of. It was clean and pristine, and the check in was super easy. We would love to return to this wonderful apartment.

Great place a block from the beach!!
We stayed a month here. Everything was great. Very clean, comfortable mattresses as well as living room sofas and outdoor furniture. There was guest parking, which is great for a vacation property in this location, one block walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. The owner was very communicative...always answered any communications immediately. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Girls trip to IRB - Fantastic!
Angie our Vrbo host was wonderful. Communication was always fast and informational.The condo was exactly as it was listed. Angie has thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just steps away and never very busy. Both beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets if needed. The bathroom has an awesome shower with 2 rain heads and the water pressure was amazing! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. From appliances like a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, waffle iron, blender, and a bullet. To all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, and glasses you need. The desk is great. You can sit and listen to the waves and see the beach between the house. Parking is available for at least 2 vehicles. The neighborhood is very safe. We never felt uncomfortable. You can walk to many places for food and drink. Or take a short drive for more options and grocery store or Walmart. The closet on the main level is full of everything for the beach. Chairs, toys, coolers, beach bags, and a wagon to haul it all. Even beach towels and sunscreen. Overall it was just a wonderful experience!! We'll definitely be back!!

The unit is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is spotless and well organized. We made breakfast each morning during our 4 nights stay. It has all the cookware we need. The bathroom is very chic and super clean, including all the quality towels. The beds are just soooo comfortable. We had great sleep during our stay. Angie has great taste on decorating and providing comfortable home. About location, the unit is just steps away from Indian Rock Beach. We went to the beach every day during our stay. We fish, we walked, we looked for shells, we watched sunset. We even spotted dolphin. There is always something to do at the beach. Best thing is it is less crowded than Sand Key or Clearwater. We truly have a vacation like locals. There are many great restaurants nearby. We tried Kooky Coconut and Keegan Seafood grill and enjoyed them very much. In summary, Angie's unit is very clean and comfortable. It is like a home away from home. If you are looking for beach vacation, this is the one.

Our stay at this rental was fabulous. It is a beautiful condo with newer amenities and is very clean. The balcony and furniture was a great perk to relax on. The location to the beach and restaurants is close and amazing. The condo has everything you need for the beach or to relax inside. We would definitely stay here again. Just what we all needed
The place is just like the pictures. Walking to the beach was really easy. Everything you need to just relax and enjoy the ocean is provided. The beach wasn't crowded and easily found a place for the umbrellas and chairs. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding is available if needed. Great Condo by the beach
This is the second year in a row we have stayed at the condo. Angie is great to work with and is very helpful if any issues arise. There are plenty of things in the closet to take to the beach which makes things easier and all information about IRB, the restaurants and more is right there for you. Great Place to Stay!!
Angie was excellent at responding back to answer questions we had. The condo was very quaint and clean and only a quick two minute walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were more than adequate for us and our two adult children. All beach accessories were there like chairs and umbrellas, even beach towels and a cooler, which saved space in our vehicle as we traveled. Location was great, beach isn’t crowded. Food within walking distance, although we’d recommend Chicago Jacq’s and Crabby Bill’s. We really enjoyed Angie’s place and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Weekend Girls Trip
This place was the perfect spot for our girls getaway! A block from the beach, with all of the amenities. No need to worry about bringing beach gear, towels and sun screen, Angie provided all of that for us! The wagon definitely helped with carrying all of our beach gear to the beach! The only small complaint is that the umbrella is a little cheap so as soon as we opened it, it turned inside out. So don't count on using that or bring one of your own if you have the means to. The place is close by to food joints and other shopping stores! We will definitely be back again! Loved it!

Great for beach access
A very nice property, close to beach with good facilities as advertised. Angie the Host was extremely helpful when we arrived 10 mins early and could not unlock the door. Both arrival & departure auto-locks are exactly on the stated time i.e. 16:00/10:00. A little leeway would have been appreciated. The bath/shower unit could benefit from an update but otherwise was very clean and perfectly functional.

Best location!
We always love to stay in the unit! It’s a very short walk to the beach and within walking distance to several excellent restaurants and ice cream places. There are tons of towels and the kitchen is well equipped as well.

Great stay
Absolutely wonderful location, short walk to the beach. Love that they have a beach closet with everything you need- beach wagon, coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys. Condo is super clean and has lots of games, kitchen supplies and even beach towels. The only thing I would say is that this was our second year there and we love it but was sad to see the loft bed in the one bedroom was gone and the mattress/bedding was changed and are not as comfortable as we remember also the couch is very stiff to sit and watch a movie, but those are minor and we love this place and the owner who is very responsive before and after your trip. We will be back!

Loved this property and location. Easy walk to the beach (one row back) and easy walk to restaurants and shops (about a mile). Home was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Angie was very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed Indian Rocks Beach and this rental. Hope to come back!
