Prepare a home-cooked meal or enjoy leisurely takeout in the fully-stocked kitchen and dining area with its large dining table and island seating. Whether you're planning a long weekend with friends or your annual family vacation, this lovely home can’t be beat!

Harbor Retreat sleeps 10 guests across 4 dedicated bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King bedroom with ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: King bedroom
- Bedroom 3: King bedroom
- Bedroom 4: 2 sets of Twin bunk beds

Guest Access:
The home will be accessed through a smart lock located on the front door. The code will be sent the morning of check in.

Getting Around:
Ride sharing services may be available in the area, but rental cars are strongly encouraged.

Other Things to Note:
1) This home is dog-friendly!
Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: at all major entrances.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

4) Pool Heating:
Pool heating is $50 per day, for the entire duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before check-in. The pool will be set to heat to a temperature of 85 degrees.
