Newly renovated Indian Rocks home
When we arrived the house smelled musty and stayed that way even after turning the air temp down. There were ant crawling on the kitchen counter. I found a large cockroach under the kitchen sink this am when starting the dishwasher. The lower back bedroom and upper back bedroom were very warm despite the thermostat being set at 67 degrees. The mother in law cottage was old, musty and the bathroom looked dirty and unkempt. The location is good but we had trouble finding it at 1130pm o. The night we checked in due to the vast amount of overgrowth out front.

Lovely house with a few updates needed
The house is lovely, good use of space and clearly recently renovated. It was let down a bit by lack of finish/attention to detail - the back garden wasn’t mowed and not usable for our small children; some windows didn’t have coverings and the ones they had didn’t block light so lots of early morning wakes and trouble getting them to sleep; the carpet in the front bedroom really needs replacing. We reported these issues and were told only the curtains could be dealt with (not sure why the lawn couldn’t be mowed). But despite saying someone would come the next day nobody did come. I chased and was told they would come the next day but we’d checked out by then. The location is great, really near the beach and ice cream shop

Our family trip to Indian Shores
Nice property near the beach. We were there for my daughters wedding so we needed a place for the whole family to stay. The house is very clean and accommodated 10 of us sleeping without any issues. The only thing that the house could use is more space for the family to sit around and all be together. The living room has 2 sofas and 2 chairs which 8 of us could sit comfortably but the others had to sit at the dining room table. Other than that we had a great time! The home is very clean and responsiveness from VRBO was prompt when contacted.

Access to EVERYTHING!
Point by point, the CLEANLINESS of the interior of the property was very good. Living areas were all very clean, no complaints there. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired. The covered patio hadn't been touched and usable only if we wanted to clean it ourselves. This is a dog friendly property and VRBO requests that you clean up after your pets, which I ALWAYS do but I also picked up after previous guests pets too. I paid a pet fee and feel VRBO should make sure there is nothing left to clean-up from prior guests with pets. CHECK-IN PROCESS was super easy. We were granted our early check-in request (for an additional fee). ACCURACY OF ONLINE LISTING: The interior photos do not reflect the actual furnishings. Seems the home was staged for photos and then the staging was removed. It's still nice but not as nice as the photos show. There's a reason there aren't photos of the outside - it's pretty neglected. There is an abandoned looking duplex on one side of the property and renovation construction on the other. COMMUNICATION WITH PROPERTY MGR.: Communication was very easy. Easy to contact and fast to respond and they checked in with us to inquire if anything was needed. LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD: GREAT! Lots of nearby places in walking distance to grab a bite to eat, just a short walk to the beach, and a really cute neighborhood. All that being said, I probably wouldn't rent this property again.

Great Value
I was a little skeptical about the location and the ease of getting to the beach but once we got there, the walk to the beach was short, 5 Minutes and safe with a lighted Pedestrian cross walk, which made crossing easy. We had a beach trolley which made carry the cooler, tent and chairs a breeze. The house it self was updated nicely, although the exterior of the house and the back yard could do with a little TLC. The house had all the amenities and comforts you would want for a nice beach stay. We had 9 people which was comfortable for sleep and meals. As mentioned I didn't have great expectations but left having a great time with family and less apprehensive about having to cross busy Gulf Drive to get to the beach.

Lots of bedrooms for large groups
first floor bedroom, 3 upstairs with one adding trundle beds if you have kids. An outside bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom as well. So fits many. Clean and maintained. Construction next door now.

So misrepresented
Pulled up appalled by the surroundings, the grounds were horrible. Code did not work, when finally in the place smelled and the stairs were no OSHA compliant. The beds and entire place were run down and the pictures did NOT REPRESENT the actual picture of the property. Workin with AMX for my refund. Rachel the check-in person knew of our distress did nothing.. emails asking about our stay kept coming in and NO ONE! Ever followed up. Do Not Use this company or this rental!! We booked into a hotel asap. The Marriott

Family Birthday Get together
The house is lovely, mother-in-law suite is nice, kitchen is lovely, dining table accommodated all of us. Nice yard for the dogs But ... BEACH CHAIRS SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS. I imagine everyone renting the house will have flown in, therefor will not be bringing beach chairs.

Pros: Location was perfect for our needs. Cons: Definitely does not accommodate 16 as advertised. We were 12, 5 beds nicely could sleep 2 each, all other couches or pull outs were terribly uncomfortable and did not come with adequate linens. First floor toilet was connected to hot water. AC was apparently preset and it was hot at night and extremely cold in the morning. Upper dishwasher rack fell apart when pulled out to load. Missing TV remote in one bedroom. One full day there was annoying demolition going on next door.

Family gathering
Great place for my family to come to Florida and get together again. Very cute beach themed house. Enjoyed having family meals both indoors and outdoors with the barbecue. Quick walks to the beach in the morning after breakfast and to catch the sunsets. Restaurants and shops nearby so we rarely had to drive anywhere during our stay

Amazing location
The house was unbeatable in terms of location. Walking distance to the beach, local bars and restaurants and a short cab ride to Clearwater. House was clean and modest. Everything we needed for our group stay.

Girls Trip
The location was great! A two minute walk across the street to get to the beach. Right next to the property is a coffee shop, produce store and little restaurant. The area is quiet. The house is decorated so cute and fit our needs. The air in some of the rooms is not as efficient so those rooms were a little hot. We never watched tv but if we wanted to, some of the tvs didn’t have plugs to even turn on and we never found any remotes except for living room. We were outside all the time so it didn’t matter. It would have been nice to have beach chairs, supplies, etc. There are beach towels. The coffee pot quit working one morning and they were quick to respond and dropped off another one. Overall, it fit our needs and the location was good.
