This Hotel is not as advertised. I usually book hotels based on certain criteria and even though the listing shows a rooftop Breakfast, there is no Restaurant or rooftop Dining at all and there are no Bathrobes as listed and lastly you have to contact the front desk for Ice, there is no room service. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Sometimes it’s the little expected things that make or break the rating.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking a little odd, with an unworkable lift and hazardous in and out of vehicle. Hit my head several times on overhead mechanism. Would have been nice to have coffee available in lobby, because in-room coffee was awful. Shower was ok, but neither shampoo or body wash was labeled.

Nice New Hotel, Great Location with caveat

We thought the hotel was lovely and hotel staff very nice. Stayed in a deluxe single room. From the pictures online it showed a carpeted floor. However our room had a tile floor which we found cold, unpleasant lacking a cozy feeling, but otherwise nice newer hotel in a great location
