We booked a two queen with a sofa bed pull out room (double checked that is what I booked and it was) and was given a king with a pull out sofa. I was traveling with my young adult son and wanted both of us to have a bed, but were told that they didn’t have that available when we checked in. So not the end of the world but my 21 year old had to sleep on a sofa bed and as a college athlete (what we were there for) it wasn’t the best night sleep for him. Plus bottom line it wasn’t what I booked. Additionally, the women checking us in was very pleasant, but the man also at the front checking another family in was curt and rude. Signage to the pool was very poor.

Ewwwww the smell when you walk in is damp. The rooms are old and dirty the water pressure is so low wouldn’t ever recommend this place

Room was filthy. Carpet dirty with food scraps from previous guess as well as dirty clothes under couch left behind. No shower pressure and below average overall cleaning in the room. Will never stay there again. Too many weird people hanging around the parking lot from the motel next door.

Great location, clean and good breakfast. But unfortunately I was given a room on the second floor above the event room which was rented out for a party. The first night was great but the second one I only slept for a couple of hours due to the noise. When brought up at the check out next day I was told that nobody complaint that I should have said something the night before so the issue could be entered in the system. Why would you place someone on a room right above the event room knowing there would a party?

Very clean room, much better buffet breakfast than most. We had an issue with the housekeeping department & when we brought it up to the desk clerk, all they said was “no worries,”
