Very odd experience…
My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very odd experience. First off, the check in did not go smoothly. I sent a message to the host (which I have now learned, it’s not an actual person responding to messages, it’s AI), Where I was told to call a number to get the check in information but it took about 3 times calling the number provided to get someone to answer. We received the information after I paid an extra 20 for early check in. We got to the room and it was a good size, pretty clean, looked like the pictures, etc., everything was good until we looked at the shower, there was a cockroach in there. We understand that cockroaches are common in Florida and we weren’t really phased by it at first, we got rid of it and went on with our day. Little did we know this was not going to stop. We had a cockroach every day/night and then when I contacted the host, the generated message only apologized and that was it. I wasn’t expecting money back or anything but I was at least expecting a human to be a little concerned about the cockroach issue. Another thing about this property is that I specifically asked if there was a way of requesting additional items beforehand for example like toilet paper / towels. I was informed that they were able to do that during our stay. When I would message about these items they said they are unable to accommodate. Other than the communication issue and the insect issue I truly do think this place could be good. Thanks :)
